The entrance to the villa leads through a spacious hallway into the main communal area with a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. This space is full of natural light, with glass sliding doors that provide direct access to the pool and offer a beautiful view of the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including an induction stove, hood, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, oven, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and all necessary utensils for meal preparation and serving. The living room offers a comfortable seating area and a large 65-inch television with satellite channels.
On the ground floor, there is also the first bedroom, which has its own bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, and hairdryer. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable, furnished with a double bed, television, wardrobe, and desk, providing a pleasant stay even for guests who need a workspace.
