"Nice little pool. Hot tub was down but it was still nice"

"Carpet in room sort of nasty and stained, but bedding and towels were clean! Somewhat felt like an unsafe area of town, was a little worried about our vehicle in the parking lot. Walls paper thin, heard conversations of people beside us. Tad on the grungy side, but did the job!"

"We had originally booked a room with two beds one for my mom and one for me. Unfortunately those rooms are on the second floor. My mom uses a walker so needed a main floor room and they were able to give us a king size to share "

"Fenomenal customer service from the front desk. Victoria was very kind with me and my daughters. Hotel was great, its pool, breakfast, the rooms. Very well maintained. Great people work there!"

"The location of this property is excellent, especially when participating in an event at the Westerner. Everything was good. My only reservation was that the sheets were not as soft as I prefer, but they did not impede my sleep."
