Not to mention the Drôme River for canoe trips, the Ramières Nature Reserve for a fun, sensory, and interactive outing, the hilltop villages, the local markets, the Clairette de Die wine, and—for the more adventurous—an abseil down the Tour de Crest, the region’s emblem and the valley’s landmark?

This former silkworm farm has been completely renovated by Jérôme, the owner. It is a detached house spread over two levels; on the first floor, the entryway opens onto the living room with an open kitchen, a dining area, and a sitting area (sofa, TV), as well as a laundry room and pantry. Upstairs: 3 attic bedrooms, each with a double bed (140x190 cm). One of the bedrooms is small (8 m²); there is also a bathroom with a toilet (walk-in shower, 2 sinks). Outside, there is a terrace with an outdoor kitchen (gas griddle) and a private pool (open from May to September depending on the weather, 7.5 x 3.5 m, depth 1.5 m, secured by a fence). Parking is available on the property; the grounds are not fenced.
