"Picked the hotel for a stopover because it's closeby the airport, railway station and a shopping mall. Shuttle bus was promptly on time to pick up customers at the airport and driver was polite and checked to ensure customers were boarding the correct bus. "The Auberge Hotel is a very nice hotel with comfortable beds, fantastic views of the mountains, the bay and on a clear day you can see all the way to central city.
I however found the front desk unhelpful and unprepared at times. From check in, room change to checkout. I am familiar with Discovery Bay but at points had questions about transportation and it was met with subpar information. I had questions about dining and there was no clear answer on I my simple question on breakfast times....

"Schönes Hotel und gut gelegen. Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit Dusche und großem Doppelbett im 22. Stock und konnte so auch ein wenig die Stadt sehen. Natürlich schaut man von "hinten" drauf... Alles sauber. Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit. Frühstück hatten wir nicht, aber wir haben den Shullteservice genutzt, damit wir die Koffer nicht nochmal bis zur Bushaltestelle rollern mussten. Alles in allem würde ich hier wieder hinfahren."
