"All good, happy with everything thank you."

"Clean room and nice staff."

"I hate leaving a bad review because the owner was very sweet. This is not an Inn...this is someone's home where they are renting out extra rooms. There is clutter covering every inch of every surface in this house including the kitchen. We stayed on the 3rd floor which is a remodeled attic so I kept hitting my head on the angled ceilings and there were dozens of flies in the bathroom. The house doesnt have any signage and has abandoned vehicles outside so it was a little jarring. I would not...

"This was a GREAT affordable place to stay. The owner was VERY accommodating. We had a late arrival (2:00am) and he opened the office to check us in. He upgraded us from two queen beds to a king. He was so kind in offering information regarding things to see while visiting Vermont. I would 110% recommend."

"The Manager was very helpful with us. One of the issues we had was that there were not hairdryers and all the rooms including mine. I didn’t notice I already washed my hair. The Manager explained that they had had several stolen and walked me to a room to let me dry my hair before we left in the rain in the cold. He was trying his best to accommodate us."

"This was a great local bed-and-breakfast, best host ever! 10 out of 10. Will definitely stay here again. Wonderful breakfast in the morning and a lot of local sites to see close by. We plan to come again and this is where we will stay."

"We loved the unique and special place."

"All was perfect—convenient and reasonable price."

"It's clear that it's a bit old, but very cozy. The staff is very friendly."

"Amazing old hotel..."

"What a gem of a place! We only landed this place on short notice because someone else had to cancel. We really lucked out! Brandon and his family really made us feel at home. Our room was charming and so comfortable. The living room was welcoming and enabled us to visit with other travelers while enjoying some home scrumptious homemade goodies and hot tea. Brandon and his wife were a wealth of knowledge on the area and we enjoyed visiting with them. Breakfast was delish! We will...

"El hotel es pequeño pero precioso con mucho jardín y un rio por la parte de atrás que lo hace bello, mucha naturaleza, el desayuno incluido está muy completo y el personal son muy amable, lo recomiendo ampliamente,"

"Hotel is old and not modern. However, the room was very clean."

"After seeing online photos for Field Guide Lodge, we splurged $800/night for our 30th Anniversary. Unfortunately, anticipation quickly faded. We arrived at 2 PM and were told to return at 3 PM. When we returned at 3 PM, our room wasn't ready with no apology—yet we watched another guest arrive early and get welcomed to check in. Our "queen" room felt like a cramped double. The bed was extremely low, lumpy, and dipped in the middle. The room was very dark; even with lights on, we needed phone...

"Loved the overall vibe and service during our stay. The rooms are cozy and there are several public living spaces to hang out, meet guests, etc Breakfast was fantastic - made to order from a small menu of choices in a sunny, roomy dining area with plenty of tables. We unfortunately didn’t get to try American Flatbread, the happening elevated pizza restaurant attached to the inn as they were very busy that night and we were sort of brushed off upon arrival and left immediately. The only issue we...
