"This is not a narrative in the hotel, rather, Expedia. Expedia lists it as a top family friendly resort for families, however, the pool is 21+ and there are no amenities for children. We had 5 children quite disappointed. Beautiful hotel for a quick stay on the road, but Expedia don’t put on your list of top family friendly hotels, as it’s not."

"From the moment we checked in the staff was happy and professional. It was a soggy afternoon but they were all smiling and laughing. The evening food was great, The popcorn fresh and the beer cold. Each person we interacted with from the housekeepers to the food service and even the managers making their rounds in the common areas were excellent and on point. Breakfast was served hot and the spacious dining area was a treat."

"Everyone was so nice and welcoming from the moment we got there. Very good customer service. The room was nice and clean. It’s close to a lot of places and walking distance to restaurants which makes it nice since the hotel doesn’t have its own parking lot and we did valet parking. I’ll definitely be coming back and staying here!"

"The staff was very supportive in assisting me with a late checkout for a medical need. However we didn’t require a late checkout!
The property is very outdated, but it was clean, easy to navigate & the entire staff
was friendly & accommodating. The property is in a great location & accessible to most of your travel needs.
If I had one complaint it would be the “yapping” dog a few rooms down from us!"
