"Clean room, AC didn’t work very well. It was so hot in our room and the fan kept going off even though we had it turned on and cold. Decent parking, staff was fine. There’s just no real amenities here that make it a great stay but definitely decent. "

"We stayed in a 1QB room. The room looked newly or recently renovated. It’s a small room but perfect for a single traveler or a couple. Very cute decor and VERY CLEAN. We stayed Sunday-Wednesday. It was nice and quiet during our stay. There are signs in the rooms reminding guests that from 10 pm-9 am is Quiet Time, so please keep your voices and TVs down. A short walk from the Embarcadero. The staff was helpful and friendly. There was a mini fridge, microwave and new coffee pod type coffee maker....

"Stayed two nights. Very comfortable room and easy parking. Close drive to downtown. Housekeeping was good but the 1st day they left our pile of used towels inside our room by the door! It would help if they took care of some minor issues that were noticable on a regular basis, like scratches on the wall from chairs...easy to just touch up, stain on a curtain and one threadbare washcloth with holes worn through. However nothing that would keep us from staying again."
