"The rooms were nice and spacious, clean, and comfortable. Front desk and parking staff were kind and welcoming. Our room had a balcony out of Harbor Blvd which was amazing and you could see the fireworks at night, however it is very loud. We had an issue with almost no water pressure in the shower and the maintenance personnel came out quickly and resolved the issue. There was sand, we think, from the boiler that would come out of the tub faucet every time it was turned on but they had no...

"My family and I loved how modern and clean this property was. It’s very close to the Disneyland Resort (as it is located right behind the parks). It is a 15 minute walk but there also is a shuttle/bus located right in front of the hotel that takes you right to the park. The staff is very friendly and informative. Complimentary breakfast was also included with the stay. Highly recommended and has become our go to hotel when going to Disneyland!"

"This property is so close to Disney and plenty of places to take kids to eat. The kids loved the pools and the staff was exceptional and kind and sweet. "

"Convenient location to Disney Resort except when staying until closing. Anywhere but on-site Disney hotels would feel like a long walk back. Hotel in great condition except one bank of elevators had one of two elevators out of service the whole time (one used to access the breakfast area). Great breakfast and underground paid parking (not free). Great housekeeping and hotel staff."

"My family was so impressed! From the friendly staff - who greeted us and wished us a great day at the park. To the included breakfast, the valet parking! The beautiful pool, amazing. This was the best hotel stay for our family. Super close to Disney! And other shopping. "

"The property is conveniently located near the park. While the hotel room decor is a bit dated, everything is very clean, the beds are comfortable, and each room comes with a fridge and microwave—which is great since some places charge extra for that. There are elevators, so no hauling luggage up the stairs. Plus, the staff are friendly. Overall, it’s a great deal, especially with parking included in the price!"
