"Schone kamer, met name het personeel in het restaurant tijdens ontbijt, zeer beleefd en netjes. Ontbijt is basic maar netjes verzorgd buffet. Ontbreekt een kluis op de kamer. Zeer discutabele omgeving. Slagbomen voor parkeren defect/niet aanwezig. Iedereen (McDonalds gasten) kan daar wild parkeren echter de gasten moeten 8,50 per dag betalen. In de avond veel ongure types op en rondom de parkeerplaats en het hotel. Ervaring rijker. "

"Wir waren für eine Nacht im Rahmen eines Konzertbesuchs dort. Super Anbindung zum Carlswerk Victoria, E-Werk, Palladium… fußläufig prima zu erreichen! Zimmer waren sauber und ansprechend, das Hotel macht einen modernen und jungen Eindruck, wir fühlten uns wohl! Einzig ist es schade, dass die Flure nicht farbiger gestaltet sind- so wie es der Eingangsbereich und die Lobby ist! Das Frühstück war gut, für jeden war was dabei! "Ein sehr schönes Hotel in einer ruhigen Gegend. In der Nähe der S-Bahn und nur 15 Minuten bis zum Zentrum. Das Frühstück ist einfach, aber ausreichend und ziemlich vielfältig. Das Personal ist superfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Empfehlenswert!"

"Wir waren nur für 1 Nacht zu 3 im Uhu Gästehaus, welches direkt neben dem Garni Hotel liegt untergebracht 👍 Sicherer Parkplatz hinter dem Haus . Wir hatten zu 3 ein Komfort Zimmer XL . War sehr schön und auch groß. Das Frühstück war wirklich super 👍 da gab es Nix … gar nix zu beanstanden . Sehr lecker . Personal sehr freundlich. Schade das wir morgens schon sehr zeitig in der Lanxess Arena sein mussten . Die S Bahn Haltestelle ist direkt in der Nähe . Wenn wir in nächster Zeit noch mal nach...

Do not leave anything that needs to be refrigerated in the room because the cleaning staff will take the key that keeps the fridge on. We loved the stay and will be back but will only plan on no perishables going in the fridge next time. "

"Horrible service!!!! I paid 130 euro and there wasn't even a bottle of water in the bedroom, so I asked for it at breakfast (that I paid 20 euro more) and the waiter told me I could drink with a glass or pay for it! Insisting was useless! Never again, they don't know how to behave with clients."

"Check-in was messy and took 45 minutes with staff that was unable to clear issues of our 6 rooms group. Rooms were much too hot and couldn't be cooled. Opening the window next to the road was not a solution. "
