"Everything is perfect in this hotel, very like it! But the only thing is the bottle water. The first day, I came to the front desk and asked Ms. Hu if we can get more bottle water each day, she said, maximum two bottles of water per day for one person, if you need more, you have to pay. so I bought 5L bottle of water and put it in my room. "Hard to find initially but once found, easy and good location. Staff were friendly. Free drinking water every day and extra at the front desk. No fridge in the room but could use the one in reception. "

"I enjoyed the pool and spa. The room was spacious and well maintained. However, the best thing I appreciated is the kindness of the staff. All staff were nice, but Leo Liu helped me amazingly. He asked me if I needed anything and made sure that I was enjoying the facilities and activities. He made my day. Really appreciated it. Because of him, everything at the hotel went smoothly."

"Had one night in Chungdu. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful to make sure we made the most of our short stay. We were upgraded and our request for a room on a lower floor was made possible. Shame we didn’t have more time to explore the hotel but a great location and super room. "

"O hotel tem uma localização muito boa. Ao lado da estação de trem, é de um shopping! Os quartos são espaçosos, limpos, novos e muito modernos. Tem lavanderia grátis também. Funcionários educados como toda a China. Só o café da manhã que é bem chinês! Mas não impede de ganharem 10 na nota!"
