"Nice area with a shopping mall next door and connected to hotel. Most are local brands but lots of dining option. Check in reception is a bit disappointing. Two girls attending the checkin counter don't even looked up and greet me or acknowledge my being standing there waiting to be checked in. Just working on their keyboard. "The service and follow-up, as well as the WhatsApp response, were wonderful, and they were very friendly at all times. The hotel has an excellent location. However, I did find the cleanliness to be an issue. There was lint in the room, the shower was clogged, the door and bathroom had no privacy between them. They didn't provide hand soap, and we left the cups dirty and didn't change them. In short, there was areas to improve during our stay, but I'd say the service was 10/10!"

"First off, the address is wrong. It directs you to JOMO hotel in another town that is not Fenghuang. We got in late at night and had to spend an hour sorting this out with our Taxi driver’s help. The hotel is right next to a nightclub so the music is blasting in your room. Don’t expect to get any sleep because it’s so loud that it almost feels like you are sleeping in a nightclub. This is not a 3.5 star hotel. I’m not sure how it got this rating. This definitely feels like a 1 star motel....

"Hello, When we arrive to the area Taxi and us could not fine the Place and we call manny time no one is pick up the call. It leave us out of the desperation so we have to pay an extra to get a different hotel room.
