Enjoy a Grand Lake Getaway in this 2 Bedroom 1 1/2 Bathroom cabin located near Cherokee State Park. This cabin is ideally located for both Rock Crawlers and Lake Goers alike! Just minutes away from Cedar Port Marina, multiple public boat ramps, public recreation areas, and ATV trails, you are sure to find your favorite pastime. After enjoying a day of fun, relax back at the cabin with all the amenities of home! Kitchen is fully stocked with all items needed to prepare a gourmet meal. Have your dinner on the deck, and make your way down to the bricked patio to relax by the campfire in our outdoor fireplace! After gazing at the stars, make your way to bed in one of our cabin's comfortable bedrooms. The Master Bedroom contains a plush king size bed, while the guest bedroom contains (2) full size beds for sleeping in this No Wake Zone! So bring your toys to this ideal location. This South Grand Lake Getaway is sure to delight!

Would stay again, but?

Would stay again, but the plumbing needs to be addressed. From the moment we checked in and we used the bathroom, every drain was gurgling. If you flushed one toilet, the other would bubble or splash water up and out. On our last day, the gurgling started again and instead of water bubbling out of the toilets, it backed into the shower. Unable to shower prior to check out. Tried calling the number listed and left a voicemail, with no response. Other than that, the accommodations were very nice.

Great getaway

We had 2 couples stay here, we were in town to enjoy the lake. It worked out perfect for us, it was comfortable and the location was ideal. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent home away from home!

We have stayed here a few times and love it every time. It is great for a family getaway, or a romantic getaway. When we stayed for Valentine’s Day, they had flowers and chocolates waiting for us.

Clean, nicely decorated, well appointed, roomy, comfortablable for 4 adullts.

Hard to find address. GPS took us to wrong side of the dam in the rain. Electricity not on when we arrived, had to wait for someone to come turn it on. Ramp to front door not wide enough for walker. Rug in living room needs to be taped down. Easy access from downtown Disney and within walking distance to Pitsol Pat's food stand.

Family fall adventure stay

This lake house was perfect for our family stay! It's right next to the spillway from the main trail head. Our family enjoyed several hiking adventures. We even got to watch the rock crawlers. The house has large windows and the deck allowing us to soaked up the beautiful fall scenery. Our kids enjoyed making s'mores in the backyard fire pit. We had a awesome stay filled with fall lake festivities. We'll be back again!

Overall, Good Stay!

Overall, this was a good rental. Location is very convenient and there is ample space for a boat trailer and a couple other vehicles. Beds were comfortable and no complaints about the kitchen or items provided. The owner was also very good to work with. He was very responsive and understanding during these complicated Covid times. Rating primarily is a function of feeling that for the price, some things should have been a bit better. I will start by saying, as I believe other renters have noted, this is not a two bathroom house. It is a one bathroom house, with a toilet and sink added to the laundry room (called the second bath). This is an understandable addition to a small house, however, the doors for the laundry room are see through from the other side, thus, does not give the person using the bathroom/laundry room any privacy. We were traveling with some very small children and noticed that the planks of the deck did not seem safe in a few places. They seemed like they were on their last life and that a little too much pressure would result in them breaking. The rental is dark, I would suggest maybe one more tall lamp in the living/dining area and that would make a big difference. Another reason for the slightly lower rating is that while I did feel the beds and linens were very clean and in great shape, it felt as though the unit itself could have stood to have a little better cleaning before our arrival. This could be a personal issue and something that many people would not have even noticed, but something to note. Again, we enjoyed our stay here and would not discourage anyone from renting, a couple small tweaks would get this to 5 stars pretty easy. Thanks!

7 of us stayed for 3 nights and were very pleased with this house. It was clean and had just enough space for all of us. They had everything we needed to make meals and grill out on the deck.

Great Experience

We rented this house for a little birthday get away, and it was exactly what we needed. The house was the perfect size for my husband and I and another couple. We grilled and enjoyed all our meals on the patio. It was peaceful and relaxing. We would rent again the next time we’re in the area.

4th of July weekend

This property is ADORABLE! Lots of outside seating and a fire pit. It’s close to the lake, many of the restaurants nearby are delicious too! I had trouble finding the property with the address listed, but when we used a different GPS it pulled up no problem.

Perfect Getaway (Little Blue Dam)

Owner was very responsive and got me approved as soon as I requested it. House was beautiful and very clean. Since we were here on Valentines Day, they had chocolates and flowers waiting for us on arrival. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this property.

Nice place, in a great location. It is very close to the trail entrance. Don't use GPS to get there, look at the location on the map, once we found it, we were very pleased with all of the parking available. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen was loaded with dishes and a crock pot. We cooked several meals during our stay. Though you don't spend much time in the house when you are there playing on the rocks, it would be nice if internet were included. For the price we were happy. We would stay there again. Great Disney off-road house

Had a great July 4th weekend here. Nice little house with great outdoor seating and deck. Only issue was listing states 2 bath and it is actually a 1 1/2 bath with only one shower.
