Cocoonr is pleased to offer ‘Ty Family’ for rent: a charming 110 m² townhouse spread over two floors, which can accommodate up to 5 guests.

Combining old-world charm, with its exposed stonework, with tasteful and cosy décor, this house offers a pleasant and authentic setting for your stay.

Its exceptional location right in the heart of Dinard, in the popular Les Halles neighbourhood, allows you to make the most of the shops, the market and the lively atmosphere of the seaside resort, whilst enjoying an intimate and peaceful setting. The famous L’Ecluse beach is a 700-metre walk away.

The house is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor (an entirely open-plan living area):

- A lounge/TV area furnished with a comfortable sofa and an armchair.
- A fully equipped, light-filled open-plan kitchen offering direct access to the terrace and garden. The kitchen is equipped with: a Nespresso pod coffee machine, a filter coffee machine, an electric kettle, a conventional oven, a microwave, a toaster, a dishwasher, a 4-burner gas hob and a fridge-freezer.
- A separate utility room, fitted with a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a storage shelf. Separated from the rest of the house by a door, it allows you to use the appliances in peace, without being disturbed by the noise of the machines whilst they are running.

First floor:

- A bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bath fitted with a heated towel rail, as well as a double-basin washbasin. Toilet in the bathroom.
-Bedroom 1: A bedroom featuring a queen-size bed (160x200), a dressing room with drawers, a wardrobe and a storage shelf. This bedroom is particularly light and airy thanks to two windows facing different directions.

Second floor:

- Bedroom No. 2: Featuring two separate single beds (90x190), a desk area and a wardrobe
- Bedroom No. 3: Comprising a sofa bed (80x200) with three storage drawers and a desk area. This sleeping area is ideal for a child.

Additional information:
- All bedrooms have electric roller shutters and one fan per bedroom (making a total of three).
- There is no toilet on the second floor

Outdoors:

The outdoor areas at Ty Family offer an intimate and relaxing setting, whilst enjoying a prime location in the heart of the seaside resort.

Beautifully landscaped with flowers, the garden features a lawned area perfect for making the most of sunny days, complete with deckchairs and sun loungers, an outdoor table, a parasol and a charcoal barbecue (charcoal not provided).

NB: The external staircase shown in the photos leads to a private part of the house which is not accessible to guests.

Ty Family enjoys an exceptional location in the heart of Dinard, in the highly sought-after Les Halles neighbourhood.

Just 100 metres away, you’ll find Les Halles and Dinard’s famous market, which brings the neighbourhood to life every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. It’s a real treat to discover local produce and soak up the resort’s friendly atmosphere.

Écluse Beach is about a 700-metre walk away, whilst Dinard’s very centre, with its many shops, grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, newsagents and amenities, is less than 500 metres away.

Here, everything is within walking distance: the market, the beach, restaurants and shops are just a few minutes’ walk from the house. An ideal location to make the most of Dinard without needing to take the car. 🌊☀️

Transport:
If you’re travelling by car, Ty Family has a private garage, accessible directly from the house. To ensure your vehicle will fit, here are the maximum dimensions:

Width: 2.40 m, Length: 5.30 m, Height: 1.90 m

For travellers wishing to use public transport or travel without a car, here is some useful information:

- Saint-Malo railway station: approximately 25 minutes by car - Rennes-Saint-Jacques Airport: approximately 1 hour by car
- Saint-Malo by water taxi: boarding available from the Cale de la Vallée, which is about a 15-minute walk from the house.

Once you’re there, the local Cocoonr agency, which specialises in ‘ready-to-move-in’ rentals, will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it.

- Self-check-in: a key box is available on site to allow you to access the accommodation independently. All the information you need for your arrival will be sent to you by email before your stay.
