Located on the first floor without a lift, the apartment's charm takes effect as soon as you pass through the door. The main room is a double reception. On one side, you'll find the dining room with its beautiful wooden table and 1950s sideboard; on the other, a cosy living room with armchairs and a sofa blending modern comfort and retro charm, as well as a television. A pleasant, somewhat bohemian atmosphere emanates from this living area with its (non-functional) fireplace and large windows.



The independent kitchen, newly renovated, has kept its lovely period tiling, the style of which now generates much interest. You will find numerous appliances there, such as an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. For breakfast, a filter coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster are at your disposal.



The bathroom consists of a large shower, a washbasin and a WC.
