Aspectos negativos: Limpieza
The house looked like it was in the process of a renovation with a bunch of belongings trashed to the side of the house as if waiting for a rolloff. The light in the bathroom was above my head, the kids couldn't reach it. The tub/shower area was full of someone else's razor, shampoo etc. There was one bathroom sized garbage (small) in the whole house, good thing we only stayed for 1 night. One of the beds had just a fitted sheet and a comforter, no flat sheet. The towels looked to be at retirement age, the fridge and freezer were dirty, and to cap it off and worst of all, there was no toilet paper in the whole place. We found out when we got back late at night and were leaving early morning so....The price was way low for the area, but considering everything, it was probably too high. I just don't think this place was ready to be rented out yet. Really felt like there needs to be some general approval by vrbo with a walkthrough prior to listing the first time, but we learned our lesson here. I heavily caution you on this one, verify the above necessary things have been addressed prior to booking.
