This luxurious townhome has everything a vacationer could want plus a central location with easy access to everything Summit County has to offer. The radiant in-the-floor heat provides superior comfort and an even temperature throughout. This home is beautifully furnished and has been described as 'a home away from home'. The oversized master bedroom, with exceptional views, has a king-sized bed plus a love seat that converts to a twin bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and its own private bath.

The living room has a queen sofa bed. The well-equipped kitchen, with granite counter tops, has everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal. All appliances, including a washer/dryer are part of the conveniences of this exceptional home. The dining room provides a perfect place for entertaining. There's a third bath on the main floor with a shower. High speed wireless, two televisions and a natural gas grill are a few of its features.

Heated Garage: The home's one-car heated garage lets you conveniently store your skiing, golf or fishing equipment

Convenience: The town home is within walking distance to restaurants, a multiplex movie theater, bookstore, grocery and many other shops. A free shuttle bus service is available to take you to the ski slopes, the outlet stores, or any of the neighboring towns in Summit County.

Great week of skiing

Property is was perfect for my wife and two 17 year olds. Skied all week at Breckenridge and Keystone, we also took a drive to Beaver Creek one day and it was beautiful.

Fabulous!

Five of us had such a great time skiing for a week in the fabulous nearby resorts! The squeaky clean condo was perfect for us. We all slept comfortably upstairs. We made family meals most nights in the amply-sized kitchen and enjoyed eating and talking around the dining table. We enjoyed the hot tub apres skiing too! Thanks to Karen and Sue for their superb hosting!

Comfy Condo in Excellent Location

Beautiful condo with a heated garage, gas fireplace and beautiful views. A short drive from A Basin, Keystone and Copper Mountains. This is a great place for a lovely skiing vacation. Great local restaurants are nearby as well as proximity to grocery stories and pharmacies. Highly recommend.

Convenient location, spacious home

Our family of four stayed in this well-stocked home for a few nights in January. Kitchen has all of the pots, pans, and dishes we needed for home-cooked meals. Just a two min drive to Dillon shops and restaurants, plus easy access to all of the ski resorts in the area.

Wonderful Vacation Spot

We enjoyed our stay in this nicely decorated condo for our family's 10 day ski vacation. We've stayed in this complex several times, and it's very conveniently located (close to City Market grocery, ski rental stores and lots of restaurants). The heated floors, gas fireplace, washer/dryer and heated garage are big pluses. This condo has very nice shades on all the windows- they're insulated and room darkening. According to my adult son, the pull-out bed in the living room was quite comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked - we were pleasantly surprised to find champagne glasses for our New Years Eve celebration! Looking forward to returning sometime in the future.

Home away from home

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely townhouse so much last year, that we booked it again this past February. We skied at 4 Summit County resorts and this townhouse is centrally located with easy I70 access. It’s also close to restaurants, the grocery store, and Christy Sports. The townhouse is very comfortable and well stocked. We appreciated the attached, heated garage on cold mornings. Definitely will stay here again!

Great location and great host

My son and I traveled to the townhome for a long ski weekend. Karen's property was perfect for our trip. The townhome itself was very clean and had plenty of room. The garage was a nice amenity as it snowed a few times during our stay. The location was ideal for us to have access several close resort skiing options. Karen was very helpful and a super communicator both before and during our stay. Overall this property was a great experience and we home to return again soon!

Property was as described. Comfortable and extremely clean and well maintained. Beds were nice, plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Glad to have a humidifier available because the air in Winter is quite dry in Denver. Wonderful to have attached garage to park, especially with skis and gear. Heater in basement to dry boots was key! Only feedback was that there was no dishwasher soap or dish soap and tv remote batteries were dead. But we managed on those small issues.

Great Location

Karen was an amazing host. - very responsive and helpful during our stay. The condo was perfect for us! There are some spices which made cooking easy. The kitchen was well equipped with very nice pots/pans and plenty of dishes. I would recommend the condo!

Great condo in fantastic location. Clean, comfortable and a fully stocked kitchen for our cooking needs including spices, soap, Saran Wrap etc… Beds were comfortable and two en-suite bathrooms were great. Communication with the owner was very good . The online photos are accurate but really don’t do justice to the beautiful views from the property Decor is not brand new but very nice, well maintained and perfect for our ski getaway

Comfortable and Convenient

Great townhouse for our family. Centralized location for the Summit County ski resorts. Close to I-70, restaurants, grocery store, and Cristy Sports. Main level has 2 comfy couches and a recliner to enjoy after a long day skiing. Kitchen is well stocked with plates, pots, utensils, etc. Two nice bedrooms with plenty of closet space, extra pillows, and blankets. Garage was great, no scraping icy car windshield on zero degree mornings. Quiet and well kept neighborhood. Definitely would stay here again!
