In Point Dillon 401 you are on top of the world overlooking mountains and lake in this gorgeous 3 bedroom, 3 bath. Sleeps 8. Corner unit with extra decks and extra windows. Full of light and views. Vaulted windows in the living area and a laptop work desk and chair with a view. Big south facing covered deck with incredible views. Choose from 2 decks for your morning coffee. The condo is directly on Lake Dillon and the Summit County Recreation Path. Walk right out to a large lawn and the lakefront for adventure and even snow play in the winter. The Rec Path is plowed in the winter for walking and taking in the unbelievable views. Gas fireplace, flatscreen and comfortable seating in living room. Free WiFi and Cable. Fully equipped kitchen with slab granite counters and stainless appliances. New dining table seats 8 and kitchen bar seats 3. Entry with extra room for boots and gear. Washer and dryer in the unit for convenience. The complex has elevator, large parking garage, pool and hot tub.

Great central location with easy access to I-70. In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Keystone Resort, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. Walk to restaurants, brewpub, bars, nightlife, music/vinyl store, bowling. Enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon.

Free Summit Stage bus service is 2.5 blocks up the street and goes to all towns, resorts and the outlets.

The condo is right on Lake Dillon and the Summit County Recreation Path. Walk to the Dillon Amphitheater for concerts or the Friday Farmers Market from June to September and the Dillon Marina for SUP, kayak, sailboat and pontoon boat rentals. Very close to City Market, REI, coffee, shops, cinema, parks, restaurants, breweries and the new Vail Health Center. Just 5 minutes to the Silverthorne Outlets.

The property and view are beautiful. Location was central to many things in Summit County. We were on the fourth floor (quite a climb) but an elevator was available. The fourth floor view of the mountains was lovely. The kitchen had everything we needed. Our family would definitely stay here again.

Active Vacation

Wow! So beautiful. The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. We loved the proximity to the bike path and the Tiki bar was a bonus. We golfed at the River course and rented e-bikes riding to Breck and then around Dillon lake. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing

This property is amazing. It is exactly as listed with the most beautiful views. We were able to walk to amphitheater for our concert. The property was super clean and stocked with lots of extra towels, blankets and pillows! We loved it and will be back.

Beautiful View!

This condo has been updated and is nice. The view from this building is always amazing and this time didn't disappoint. I can only give 4 stars because the elevator didn't work and we didn't know that until we picked up the keys and the lady said "hope the elevator works." I have bad knees and the stairs are a problem. The couch blanket which is needed during the winter had dog hair all over it, it wasn't washed before us. There is a temperature control panel in the bedroom that has so many LED lights it lights up the bedroom. I had to hang a sock over it. The 3ft of snow on the side balcony for the master and queen rooms wasn't cleared so we couldn't use that area to enjoy the view. The shower in the hall bath is up about 12 inches off the floor and very dangerous to get in and out of. The positives are the condo is quiet, the kitchen is stocked, the refrigerator is large and the view is amazing! We had a good time and it was nice to be able to all stay together. It would be nice to just have a code to get in instead of going to the management company but that's manageable.

Amazing property with breathtaking views!

Amazing property with breathtaking views! Nothing like lake and mountain views right out your patio and bedrooms. Clean and everything we needed. There was a little work area with a desk that was an added bonus. It allowed to do some remote work during some downtime. We walked daily for coffee, beer and eats. We had a few questions on our arrival. Communication with property management was fast and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Property

This property is beautifully remodeled and certainly met our expectations! We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms which accommodated to all of our needs. Beautiful mountain views as well! Our family enjoyed staying in Dillon, skiing at Keystone, A-Basin, and we spent time in Breckinridge. Overall, we had a wonderful winter vacation.

Thanksgiving Holiday

This was a perfect place to celebrate Thanksgiving with our family. The view was fantastic and we enjoyed walks by the lake. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving dinner.

Fabulous snowy mountain views

This property is exactly as it looks online. The condo had extraordinary views of the mountains and lake. It was stocked with everything I need from kitchen cookware and utensils to the bathroom toiletries and towels. Two items that were disappointing. The online descriptions of the condo said the elevator had been out of service since June. I rented the condo anyway. Upon checkout Summit resort Property team members told me the elevator was working. That would have been nice to know before I spent a week here going up and down four flights of stairs. I was not given any garage door openers. No one from Summit Resort Properties bothered to tell me that once you are in the garage and trying to get out, you have to pull a string to open the door. Max from the property company came on my first night to help me get out of the garage and carry my groceries and luggage up 4 flights of stairs. He was wonderful!! The bed was very comfortable and I slept well. Overall I had a great experience but was unhappy no one communicated to me about the elevator working and how to get out of the underground garage without a garage door opener. I would stay here again!

Amazing property

The remodeled condo is absolutely stunning. The pictures don't do it justice. Well equipped in the kitchen, the furniture was comfortable, and the views could not be beaten. Check-in and out were extremely easy. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location but property was extremely outdated.

We loved the location and the awesome deck and views of Lake Dillon, but the interior needed a lot of tlc. Kitchen needed updating as did bathrooms. Carpeting was stained and carpet in bathrooms is just wrong.

Good layout, needs updating

Great location and floorplan for group. Everyone had enough space to spread out. But the unit is really dated. Carpet in bathrooms, stains in places, broken curtains dated. The worst part was the queen mattress in the second bedroom. It sags to the center so much that it was impossible for two people to sleep on it so one person had to sleep on the couch. They put an egg crate on it to cover it up but it doesn't solve the problem. Would consider coming back if the unit was updated, but otherwise would look elsewhere next time.

Great place for ski trip in Summit County

This condo is in a great location, has a beautiful view of Lake Dillon, and was just the right amount of space for our group of 6. We loved the pool area and hot tub! Beware of the garage entrance height - we had a ski rack on our rental car and it was too tall.

Perfect family getaway

Perfect for 4 adults and 4 children. Nice size and well equipped. Close to skiing and other amenities. The only downside is the room with the queen bed is not completely closed off from the living room, making noise an issue when going to bed earlier than others.
