Property Description
Lake Dillon Condominiums 205 is a nice 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo located on the second floor with elevator access. Sleeps 4. Colorado, skiing and lake decor. Incredible mountain and lake views right from the sofa. Flatscreen in living room and cozy gas fireplace. Free private WiFi and cable. Fully equipped, updated kitchen has stainless appliances. Dining bar seats 4 and the deck has patio dining for 4 plus 2 extra chairs.

Bedding
Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen.
~ Queen, 2 Twins in Trundle, flatscreen, private bath in master
~ Queen Sofabed in living room with full hall bath.

Parking
2 unassigned parking spots in the surface lot. Parking by Permit Only and provided at check-in. Hang from rear-view mirror.

Amenities
Complex has elevator, salt water hot tub, gathering room, pool table, coin-op washers and dryers and shared gas grills. Located on a park with direct access to Lake Dillon. Community grills are located on the ground floor and must be pulled away from building and placed next to grass before usage. Grills must be attended to at all times when in use.

Location
Great central location with easy access to I-70. In the winter it's just 7 minutes to Keystone Resort, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. Walk to restaurants, brewpub, bars, nightlife, music/vinyl store, bowling. Enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon.

Less than 5 minutes to supermarket, REI, sporting goods, ski/board rental and the Silverthorne Factory Outlets. Free Summit Stage bus service is 2 blocks up the street and goes to all towns, resorts and the outlets.

In the summer walk to the farmers market, summer concerts and marina. Listen to the music at the Dillon Amphitheater from your deck. Next to Marina Park, and near the Dillon Amphitheater and Dillon Marina. On the Summit County Recreation Path which is also plowed in the winter for lakefront walking.

Nice condo centrally located to ski resorts

Very well equipped condo with nice furnishings. Beautiful patio and very nice view of the mountains and lake. Parking was convenient to the condo. The description of the condo did specify that a washer and dryer was available in the unit, but they are not. There were washers and dryers available at the complex, but they were broken and not usable. Also when we arrived on Saturday evening (around midnight) the unit had not been cleaned. The beds were not made and there were dirty towels on the bathroom floor. The management company did apologize for the mishap, the condo was cleaned the next morning and we were provided with a gift card for a local restaurant. The thermostat was also unable to be adjusted and the condo was a little hot. Overall this condo was very nice and affordable. We would definitely stay again!!

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. The view of the lake and mountains were beautiful! The location is perfect, with access to everything nearby. We would certainly recommend this property and hope to return for another vacation.

Affordable and close to many shops

We really enjoyed our stay and loved the view of the lake from the back porch. Only thing that was odd was how hot it was at night. We had both thermostats off and it was still 75 degrees. We had to open a window and the sliding door both nights, so we felt like we didn't sleep all that well. Renting the place was really easy.

Great place on the lake

The location is tough to beat. The condo was perfect for our needs. What brought it down a few stars was the hot tub was too hot to even stay in it also this unit has had a cat in it recently. One of the people that stayed there is very allergic to cats and had to leave early because of allergies. So, if someone who is allergic to cats, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
