Property Description
Beautiful, fully-updated corner unit on Lake Dillon with Mountain Views. Lake Cliffe 108C is a large 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo in the heart of Dillon that sleeps 8. Unit is on the ground floor with patio facing the mountains, lake and landscaped grounds. The space is full of light from the large windows. Walk right across the street to the Marina Park playground and rec path. Lake Cliffe has one of the best clubhouses in the area with two large hot tubs, indoor heated pool, beautiful fitness room and outdoor gathering space with 2 gas grills, firepit, seating area and lawn. Fully-equipped kitchen has beautiful slab granite counters, stainless appliances and ample room for meal prep. Living Room has large flatscreen, lots of seating, gas fireplace and floor to ceiling windows with views to the mountains and lake. Free WiFi and cable. Private, covered deck with chairs for 6. Dining table in window nook seats 6, kitchen bar seats 2. Free surface parking for 2 vehicles.

Bedding is triple sheeted with professionally laundered linen.

2 unassigned spots in the surface parking lot. Permits are required and are in the unit.

Amenities
Large clubhouse has heated indoor pool, 2 hot tubs, 2 outdoor gas grills and firepit gathering space, beautiful fitness room and outdoor play area. Clubhouse open 9 am to 9 pm.

Location
In the winter it's just 5 minutes to Keystone Resort, 15 minutes to Copper Mountain, Arapahoe Basin or Loveland, 25 minutes to Breckenridge and 30 minutes to Vail. Enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops from Jan-Mar which are flat, groomed trails for traction hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon.

Walk to the Coffee Lab, restaurants, brewpub, bars, nightlife, bowling, ice cream. Less than 5 minutes to City Market, REI, True Blue Coffee, Christy Sports, Sun & Ski, Pioneer Sports, Sierra Trading Post, TJ Maxx, and the Silverthorne Outlets. Free Summit Stage bus service is just across the street and goes to all towns, resorts plus the nearby shops and restaurants at Dillon Ridge center.

The condo was perfect! Ground floor next to parking, so shlepping bags in and out was easy. Dillon Lake and the marina was mere steps away. We ski Copper Mt. every year, so know how easy a drive it is. Very clean. It was well-equipped. The only drawback was 2 hot tubs- one 92* and the other room temp. We have had this problem in the complex before.

Overall, the condo was in a great location and was in pretty good shape for its age. All of the beds were quite hard though, and the pillows were very flat and worn from use. Everyone complained about poor sleep quality, which, if you’re on a ski trip, you really don’t want. If the bedding and the beds were switched out, I think this would be an awesome place to stay and I would absolutely rebook.

Beautiful location, with a patio view of the marina and Lake Dillon. Spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath, with a comfortable living and dining area, and the kitchen is well stocked to prepare meals. We all said we’d love to stay here again!

Beautiful well appointed condo in a convenient location!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! It was incredibly clean, spacious, and well-appointed, making it a perfect home base for our ski trip. The location couldn't have been better—super convenient to ski shops, a grocery store, and a variety of excellent dining options. Plus, it was an easy and quick drive to Loveland Ski Area, even during snowy conditions.Being on the ground floor was a game changer, especially after long days skiing. Not having to navigate stairs with ski gear was a huge convenience. The three full bathrooms were a major plus, providing plenty of space for everyone to get ready without feeling rushed.And let's not forget the stunning views. We highly recommend this condo and would gladly stay here again!

Beautiful view

Location was great. The views of the lake are beautiful. The condo was pleasant with comfortable beds, 3 full baths was a huge plus. The only downfall was an early fall storm and chill that rolled in and the thermostats seemed to be locked. Overall a great experience.

family reunion

We owned a condo at Lake Cliffe for 30 years and loved returning there, especially to this large unit with a spectacular view and very easy access for our 88 year old senior who uses a walker. The concert noise was manageable and did not bother us. The younger set loved being on the bike path for early morning runs and biking.

Comfy and clean!

Overall our main reason was to skii trip to visit Breckenridge and Keystone for 2 days. And it was closer to them and every other necessity places such as liquor stores and grocery shopping places.

Gorgeous view and clean, comfortable condo!

We highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again! Best location in Dillon; can see lake views, Mountain views, and condo is on a corner so very private! Walk to Pug Ryan’s and other places to eat, and walk to Dillon Ampitheater and playground. Easy check-in and good communication from mgmt co. Highly recommend!!!

Good property and location but property management lacks internal communication

We rented this place with a friend of ours. Good property, clean, easy check-in. Nothing wrong with most of the property highlights. Now reason why we gave 2 stars - most important reason was the check out process - we asked the previous day to our check out if we can check out later than 10 am. We were told by the associate that since there are no bookings the following day we can check out by noon without incurring any late fees. However the day of check out we received a phone call at around 10:30am from the management office asking why we did not check out yet and demanded that we check out immediately. We explained that we were offered late check out by noon but the lady said that we have no notes saying so. We had to rush to check out without showering or eating our breakfast for the management’s lack of internal communication. We would have planned to check out at 10 am had we not offered a late check out the previous day. This check out process and lack of management’s communication resulted in a disappointing stay which would have been otherwise a wonderful stay. Another minor comment - would be good to put a note somewhere in the condo about where the laundry is located.
