Escape to Dillon for your well-deserved getaway, and stay in this newly-remodeled, lakefront condo for the ultimate Colorado experience. With gorgeous views of both the mountains and lake, as well as a shared hot tubs and a small shared sauna and easy access to town and the slopes, you and up to five lucky guests will be set for a fun and relaxing time.

Located mere steps from Dillon Lake, this condo is within walking distance of pubs and restaurants, as well as Dillon Marina and Amphitheater. In-town convenience is also made easy, so you'll be able to grocery shop when needed, and slope access is a short drive or bus ride away. Park in the two-car assigned covered parking and take the elevator up to your home away from home.

This condo's interior is cozy and comfortable, and the living area is an ideal spot for resting and relaxing. Kick back on the plush sofa and watch some movies on the cable TV while you warm up by the gas fireplace. In the summer, play some music on the stereo, and lounge on the deck just off the living room. Take in gorgeous views and use the free WiFi to find local attractions.

Head to the well-equipped kitchen when hunger pangs hit, and whip up something delicious. With standard appliances, including a dishwasher, as well as a microwave, coffeemaker, and toaster, you'll be able to create snacks and meals and clean up with ease. Dine together at the table for six, or head out to the patio when it's warm outside, and enjoy a barbecue dinner from the gas grill.

This two-bedroom, two-bathroom home accommodates up to six guests. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, patio access, and an en suite bathroom with double sinks. The second bedroom has an additional king, and there's a sofabed for a third sleeping option. Shared laundry facilities are available so you can pack light.

Summer travelers will revel in the easy access to Lake Dillon, just steps from your front door. Head over and rent kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, or one of the varieties of boats available for a fun day on the water. Dine lakeside, or head to town for a nice meal out at one of Dillon's quality dining establishments. And be sure to check out the Friday Farmers Market, just a block away.

In the winter, you'll have the advantage of being near four world-class ski resorts or Nordic centers. Make the short drive to Keystone, A-Basin, Copper Mountain, or Breckenridge for downhill and boarding. Or stay close to home for sledding, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. And if you don't feel like driving, take the Summit Stage bus for a free ride to ski lifts, restaurants, and shopping. White River National Forest is three-and-a-half miles away and offers groomed trails for plenty of show activities.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Convenient location, with a great view!

This condo was perfect for our ski vacation. It was only about a twenty minute drive from Loveland Ski Area, and thirty minutes from Breckenridge. A cozy home for settling down in after a long day out on the slopes. 100% would love to stay here again next time we make our way out into the Rockies!

Night in Dillon

As advertised. Clean and functional. Easy to get to. Did not use the hot tub area. Kitchen was pretty sparse so if you plan to cook, I recommend scouting the kitchen before shopping and making plans on what to make.

Dillon ski condo 2023

Great location, 2 bedroom condo, adequate nice kitchen. Plenty room for 3 of us close to ski resorts. Few cons- master bedroom mattress needs replaced as dips towards center, bathrooms needed both good scrubbing and ideally updating. We left a day early as none slept well on this vacation due to the bed situation. Not ideal when we get very little time away as it is. Owners should invest more in their property.

Great location and views! Only bad part is no washer and dryer in unit

Online listing said nothing about needing quarters for the shared washer and dryer, which would’ve been very helpful because we do not carry cash. I had to drive all over town trying to find somebody that would give me enough change to run machines. Fortunately it’s a small town so it wasn’t that big of a deal, just an inconvenience. It would be helpful to add in the listing to be prepared to use quarters for the machines.

Spring Ski Get away

Loved this condo, the view was amazing, location to ski resorts and rentals was fantastic. We would definitely stay again. Few things to plan for, coin operated laundry so bring lots of quarters $1.75 to wash $1.50 to dry. We only had 7 towels and no bath mats. The hot tubs were not always warm and we didn’t have a way to get in contact with the property manager. Bring towels if you have a larger group and want to use the hot tub. Also if you have no desire to do laundry. Other than those few tiny issues this is an amazing property and if you plan for those things then things will be smooth sailing!

Great Location, View, Covered Parking

If location, view, covered parking, and a nice condo are your goal then this is the place for you. Hot tub is close and just downstairs. Bathrooms are not upgraded but work very well. Master bedroom mattress absolutely needs to be replaced. It’s super soft and squishy where you sink in and have trouble rolling over. Other than that great place, 2 bedroom, king size beds, queen pull out couch bed, 2 full baths. Laundry on site but not in unit, and a nice kitchen. Great alternative to being stuck at one resort and you’re right on the lake.

We were going to a show at the Dillon Amphitheater and this property was absolutely perfect! A few minutes walk to the venue and great breakfast places in the morning. Plus a great view of the lake!!

Great View - Uncomfortable Bed

The location of this unit is great and has an awesome view of the lake. The unit itself was nice and clean. But the beds were awful. Both beds were old and lumpy. You could visibly see depressions where individuals have slept on both sides of the bed. So uncomfortable we tried sleeping on the pull out couch instead which was also not stellar. Nothing besides the beds to complain about.

Wonderful

Everything was clean, comfortable and convenient. We were right on the rec trail and a great view of Lake Dillon. Would love to rent it again next year for our annual friends weekend. The only complaint I have is the 10:00am checkout. But with covid and all I understand.

The smell ,it was so dirty

It was so dirty when we arrived, bathroom and patio we even took pictures of the dirt on the patio we had to buy air sprayer and febreze we brought bounce so we could place them in the furniture behind and under the bed we put them everywhere we call the management but no answer we did get the smell under control and cleaned the patio and bathroom .but other than that we mad it work .

Great View

We had a wonderful view of the mountains as soon as we walked in the door. The condo was comfortable and well supplied. Updated kitchen and living room were nice. Great location to several pubs that were within walking distance. Easy to get to several ski areas. Communication and check in and check out was very easy. I would stay here again!!

The property was not ready for us.

This property was not clean nor was the management ready for guests. I told them that the toilet leaks and no one ever came to fix it. It's right next to our bedroom and I heard it go on and off all night for all 7 nights, every 15 seconds. The windows, the barbecue, the outdoor table were all dirty. The sheets did not fit the beds & popped off. The pilot light was out in the gas fireplace which had paper trash in it. We had to purchase candles to replace those that were gutted in the 7 glass candleholders on the table and then 2 of them broke themselves because they could not handle the heat. I think the property manager should have supplied the correct candles. We need a candles because the very strong oder of some cleaner was nauseating. The light outside the front door was burned out and we had to use our cell phone flashlight to see the Door to enter the code at night. The property manager said they sent us an email with the door code days b4 our arrival, which we never received so we spent more than an hour when we arrived trying to figure out where to get the key which then we found out was supposed to be a code for the door. No welcome on the day of our arrival, nor confirmation of the door code being received. There were no operating instructions for the house Nor were there any plug ins for cell phones nor night lights. I spoke with them on very 1st day and listed off many problems of cleanliness, the fireplace not working and they said that we would be contacted but instead someone came while we were gone and lit the pilot light on the fireplace without the courtesy of a phone call or a note that they had been there. There was no television set in our bedroom.

Exactly what I requested

Really enjoyed this place! The view is spectacular, very comfortable 2 bedroom, spacious, loved the updated kitchen, and bathrooms and comfy bed. The patio allowed us to watch sunrise and sunsets as well as feeling the afternoon sunshine, as well as watching the marina activities. Easy access with covered parking, and felt safe and secure. Loved It!!!.

Dated but still a great stay!

I honestly found the decor charming and comfortable. The beds are very cozy and the view is lovely! They had all the essentials. The place was also very clean, I know some past review stated otherwise but I would say if that was the case it has been remedied. Would defiantly stay again.

Great location and view.

We were very happy with the experience overall. The location was exactly where we wanted to be with access to the lake, attractions and nearby shopping and restarauants. The condo itself, though slightly dated decor and fixtures was well kept and provided for all the basics for the stay. The complex was quiet, though insulation between units was thin. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. This was our first time traveling using VRBO, it was convientent and improved the overall vacation experience.
