Master Bedroom –
modern king bed with upgraded mattress, 40” flat screen full HD Smart TV, plush bench & linens. Blinds plus new black out curtains.

Second Bedroom –

We loved our stay, the view in my opinion does not get better than this! Our host was so accommodating we had absolutely everything we needed, and I’m going to say this because I read a neg review about the bed…this is the MOST comfortable bed I have EVER slept in! I visited this area 9years ago and had to come back and bring my mate to see the most beautiful view I’ve ever experienced. I can not say enough about the accommodations, the host, nor the comfort and beauty of this stay! I would certainly rate this a 5 STAR stay and will be back next year to ski A-Basin and bring my family as well!

Everything was perfect! This was our first time traveling to Colorado and was towards the end of a two and a half week roadtrip from Kentucky. We couldn't have asked for a better, more relaxing stay to cap off an amazing vacation. The views are amazing, the space is cozy and well-equipped, and the location is ideal - close to town and amenities but not a busy area. We are already talking about returning to CO and if we make it back to Dillon, this will definitely be somewhere we stay again!

We had a great stay at this condo! One of the cleanest rentals I've stayed in; well stocked, sharp kitchen knives for prepping meals, comfy mattresses, less than a 10min walk from the playground! Our only issue with this rental was that the bed pillows could use a replacement and I'd recommend leaving extra pillowcases for the pillows in the closet :) To parents, I would caution that the top bunk has a very low railing and may not be safe for a lot of kids. Also that there is an exterior entrance door in the bedroom that has the bunks (does have a lock chain at the top!). Overall, we would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! We wanted a quiet, picturesque location for our girls' trip to the mountains. This place was perfect! We had a beautiful view of the lake and mountains each morning/evening, and the area was very quiet. It's close to a grocery store, Walgreens and other little stores, and a short drive to Frisco and Breckenridge (by way of the Dillon Dam Road). Vail is about a 25 minute drive from Dillon. We enjoyed the Octoberfests in both Breckenridge and Vail while we were there, and a free concert at the Dillon Amphitheater which was just down the street. Communication with the owner was easy, and we got a quick reply with any questions we had. The only thing we were not happy with (but adjusted to) was the entrance from the parking lot into the second bedroom. This was because the condo was on the first floor just off the parking lot. It was convenient though for loading and unloading our belongings and groceries. Other than that, the condo was spacious and supplied everything we needed. It was hard to leave the view and peacefulness this place offered! I would definitely stay here again, and hope to real soon!!

Great place for a long weekend and a concert! Walkable to everything we needed and wanted. Prepared meals in the well stocked kitchen and as the cook, I appreciated the sharp knives! Would come again and again!

Clean and comfortable condo in the perfect location. We could literally walk out the back door to the bike/walking trail around the lake. Was a great spot to come back to after hiking, cook some dinner, hangout in the hot tub. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants nearby and you're a quick drive (or bike) away from Frisco, Silverthorne, or Breckenridge.

Great getaway

This home met, or exceeded, all of our expectations. The home was very clean and had everything you could need. The owners have thought of everything from places to hang and stow your things in hallways, bedrooms, and bathrooms to the stocked kitchen even with coffee and cleaning products available. We live a few towns over and our house was under construction when we had a concert in Dillon, so we decided to get a place nearby. We brought our bikes and road the bike path, walked to the venue, walked to the grocery store (even though we had our car), and had a great long weekend at this convenient location. Our youngest son asked to return next year (even though we already live nearby). It was also surprisingly quiet despite for the location and being in a building. The view was incredible and we spent time just sitting on the patio staring at the water. We did not use any of the building’s facilities so we cannot speak to those. The only thing we found lacking were pillows with pillowcases (there was only one extra pillow in the closet and it didn’t have a pillowcase and the king bed only had 3 pillows). The towels and toiletries were ample and so nice. Even though we live close we would definitely consider renting this place again if we have a concert to make a little getaway without worry of driving or parking.

We had an excellent stay in Dillon. The view from the living room and patio was amazing. We admired it often. We were also very close to a lot of activities and hikes. We loved the convenience of being close to i70. We drove to Loveland Pass, Boreas Pass, Breckenridge, and Sapphire Overlook. We took a longer trip to Glenwood Springs on day as well. The condo had everything we needed, including shampoo, conditioner, body gel, dishwasher tabs, cleaning materials, trash bags, and more. The only downside was that it is an older building, so there were not as many outlets as we would have liked. Also, it was not clear to us from the picture that the back entrance and the most used entrance from the parking lot was into the second bedroom. The door had a deadbolt and chain, but it was glass with blinds. Also, our oldest child said the ladder to climb up the bunkbed was not comfortable, so both kids were sleeping on the bottom. These issues were very minor and did not impact the enjoyment of our stay.

Nice place with a great view

The condo is located close to several ski resorts. My kids and I went to Loveland and A-Basin. Both resorts were about a 20 minute drive. The owners were responsive and the place was quiet.

Perfect clean place for ski trip

We loved staying at the condo on the lake for our Colorado skiing vacation. 5 stars all around!! It was very clean and spacious with a great layout for three adults. The condo was in the perfect location for exploring the four epic mountains of Beaver Creek, Vail, Breck and Keystone - the latter being the quickest and easiest to get to without our own transportation. We also loved the town of Dillon and the convenience of being close to the bus stop. Jonell and Dean were also super quick to respond to questions we had, and were very friendly.We highly recommend the condo, and will be sure to stay again for our next ski trip!

Dillion Mountain & Lake views

Communication with the owners were great. The unit was clean and sufficient cooking equipment, etc. The cons were you entered the unit thru the 2nd bedroom and the fireplace was electric. Neither were evident in the description or pictures. A bit on the pricey side. Other than that it was close to shops, restaurants and a short drive to several ski resorts. The option for late check out is a nice touch.

Million dollar view

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. The view of Dillon Lake and the mountains was amazing. It’s close to great restaurants and shopping. It was a short drive to Copper Mountain for 2 days of skiing. We highly recommend this condo and would love to come back and stay again.

Lake Dillon Gem

This condo faces directly onto the lake and the million dollar views are stunning, especially sunrises over the mountains. The unit itself has recently been upgraded with new wide plank wood flooring, new kitchen appliances and upgraded lighting throughout. We had absolutely no issues with anything during our stay. The Host was most responsive and very accommodating when we asked to extend our stay due to weather. We were here to ski and had only a short drive to Breck, Keystone and Copper. It’s very convenient to any kind of restaurant you’re looking for and also close to a grocery store. I would definitely plan a return stay here.
