Welcome home to this lovely two-bedroom condo on the 2nd floor with a gorgeous view of Lake Dillon. Just steps from the Summit Stage Bus Stop, this affordable 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers many amenities. The condo is conveniently located near everything the High Country has to offer and is a short drive or bus ride to many area restaurants, bars, and shops. The condo is also just across the street from the Rec Path.

There is a free shuttle bus stop nearby that will take you to many Summit County destinations, including Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain resorts. The condo features a fully stocked kitchen, a breakfast bar, and a dining table that seats six. You'll enjoy many amenities, including a washer/dryer, gas fireplace, large HD TV, comfortable living room furniture, complimentary Wi-Fi, and much more. The master bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom and its own HD TV. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds.

After a long day of adventure, nothing beats coming back to your condo and relaxing in front of the fireplace. You can also enjoy the scenery from the living room while sipping on a hot cup of cocoa. Prefer to unwind in a hot tub instead? The nearby clubhouse has a hot tub, sauna, and more. Can't get enough of outdoor activities? You can walk right out the front door and be on the rec path in minutes‚ it's just across the street. Take a walk or bike ride on the long rec path that goes for miles.

The views from the house were beautiful and the location is great for day trips to Breckenridge or just enjoying the lake or town of Dillon. We didn’t need them but the house essentials were plentiful. Check in and check out process was flawless and communication was great. I would definitely stay again if coming into the Dillon area.

Great place! Amazing communication

Communication is important to me, and this property manager was amazingly responsive. Sometimes I don't need a thing, and sometimes things come up and you need to talk to the property manager. This place was great! It was also well stocked with kitchen things, which can sometimes not be the case. They even had a water filter pitcher in the fridge! That amazing touch was a first for us. Highly recommend staying here. You can hear the road noise, but it's not horrible. The beds are comfy. There's plenty of seating. Plenty of kitchen stuff. oh-and both a regular coffee maker (which we like) and a Keurig. We would stay here again.

Great condo!

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. It had everything we needed and was a great space. It was convenient for trips to Buena Vista, Frisco, Keystone, Breckenridge, etc. It was clean and a beautiful space. The views of Dillon Reservoir were incredible.

July Vacation

We had a great time during our stay at your condo. The views were excellent, and the space was perfect for our needs. The only thing that might need to be addressed at some point is the two larger bed mattresses seem to sink in the middle, and might need to be replaced before long. We had a great time overall, and will look forward to possibly booking this location again in the future. Thank you.

Family vacation

This condo was spacious and clean. We enjoyed using the heated outdoor pool and hot tub in the club house that was within walking distance of our condo. The view from our balcony of Lake Dillon and the mountains was amazing.

Trip to Dillon

A nice, quiet place with a beautiful view of the lake and mountains. You will need to drive to get to the lake and into town because it is by a busy highway, but it is very close to everything. It was a great place to stay.

Great condo - poor communication

We enjoyed our stay in Dillon - the condo was clean and updated and in a wonderful location with incredible views. The check-in process was rough as there was no key in the lock box. We were checking in after 6pm, and there was no number available to contact a property manager at that hour. The only number in the email I received had a message stating it was after office hours. There was no emergency/urgent office. VRBO was also unable to contact the property manager. My family and I stood outside in the cold for over 40 minutes while trying to get ahold of someone to locate a key to the property. We fully understand that things happen, but an emergency number should be available to renters. After this was corrected we were told a manager would call us, but they never did. Overall the property was wonderful, just an unfortunate experience with check in and communication.

The place was great. It needs a new coffee pot. The coffee pot was a small one like you would have in a motel room. It holds maybe 2 cups. There was 5 of us. Everything else was great. We really like the view.

Exactly as advertised

Wonderfully appointed Condo in the heart of Summit County. Our trip was over thanksgiving vacation, and we found plenty to do around the area with 2 teenagers (snowmobiling, skiing, snowshoeing). The property managers checked in (by phone) to make sure our stay was going well. Then, on the day we were checking out, a path had been shoveled so we didn’t have to load everything in the snow! Wonderful customer service. We will definitely book this condo again.

Loved the views!

We stayed in this area before, which is why we returned. Loved watching the activity on the lake and the view of the mountains. Minutes from several hiking trails. Close (but not too close) to downtown Dillon and Silverthorne and I-70. Summit County is a special place for us. I hope that we have the opportunity to return.

Excellent stay!

The view of the lake and mountains from the condo can’t be best. Access to the rec path was just across the hwy. The condo itself was spacious and clean with a good size kitchen and updated surfaces. Would def return.

Enjoyed our stay, location was great

View was awesome, response of management company was fantastic, easy to communicate. Beds were clean and comfortable and living room furniture was great to sit and watch the changing clouds/weather over the lake and mountains. Only issue is be aware the road noise is very loud - you do not hear a peep of it inside, but it makes sitting on the patio to enjoy the view a bit difficult. Also no air conditioning and it was a bit warm in Colorado. Overall enjoyed our stay, the view was great, the location so convenient to much.

Had a great weekend.

Property was easy to get to, centrally located, clean. It fit our 5 person family wonderfully. The condo was well stocked with utensils and towels. It has an amazing view of Lake Dillon! Sunsets and sunrises were amazing!

Great Location

We came to Colorado to visit family and to be able to stay in the mountains on our vacation. This condo is in a perfect location close to all ski resorts and Dillon. Great views of Lake Dillon, it felt like home. The only down fall are the beds need to be replaced.
