Clean, comfortable, quiet condo near it all in Summit County! Pool and hot tub!

Come enjoy your time away in our home away from home. Summit View has everything you need whether you are staying a weekend or long term. The open floor plan makes it wonderful to hang out during the day, play games or enjoy a movie at night. The Queen bed is super comfortable, the sofa sleeper has an added memory foam mattress and the kitchen is well stocked. Enjoy the sun setting while on the deck or go for a swim and relax in the hot tub after a big day out. There is also a parking spot for an RV or boat along with an assigned spot for your car.

Dillon Valley is located in the heart of Summit County, just minutes to the quaint downtown of Dillon with restaurants and shopping. The outlet mall in Silverthorne is 5 min away, miles and miles of bike trails are nearby, the Dillon Lake Marina is 6 min away where you can boat, relax on the beaches, paddle board or kayak. There is exceptional fly fishing on the Blue River. There is lots of hiking and parks nearby and we have a flyer in the condo with the locations.

The condo is 25 min or less to 5 top ski resorts. Keystone Ski Resort (12 min), Arapahoe Basin Ski Resort (18 min), Breckenridge Ski Resort (25 min), Copper Mountain Resort (18 min), Loveland Ski Area (23 min). Within an hour is Vail Ski Resort (38 min), Ski Cooper Mtn (50 min), Beaver Creek Ski Resort (50 min).

Dillon has a new music amphitheater nestled on the lake promoting some of the best views the area has to offer! There is so much to do in any season, you will never be bored! We have owned vacation rentals for years and are excited to share this with you! Our passion is hospitality so come play, relax and let Summit View be your new place to unwind!

Very clean place and super nice that it is pet friendly so we could bring our dog. Enjoyed a hiking trail that was only a few minutes away.

Dillon Condo

The condo was accurately described. Not a luxury accommodation, but clean and comfortable and in a very convenient location. All Summit County activities, including skiing, are right nearby. I would consider staying here again.

Close but not quite

On the whole it met the needs we had by being close to the slopes and warm but that's it. Sadly the bedroom was not clean. The floor under the rug was filthy (it looked like everything was swept under it literally) and crunched when i stepped on it. Ended up not trusting the cleanliness and had to sleep on top of the comforter using just a blanket instead of enjoying a warm comfy sleep.

Awesome Location!

This is exactly how it is pictured and described. Perfect location and size for my trip. I absolutely loved sitting on the deck watching the hummingbirds and staring at the mountains. Easy driving to all amenities. There is some highway noise, but it's not out of control. Owner was very responsive to all needs. I would definitely stay here again.

There was no air conditioning, the condo was a little difficult to find as there was no number on building and no parking spot identified. The condo number was next to front door on small metal plate. The hot water temp needs to be lowered as it can scald a child or elderly person. The fan in the bathroom needs to be replaced as it was very noisy.

Great stay for the price!

We stayed 8 nights and everything was very convenient. The detailed instructions to get the key were great. The kitchen is totally stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses and silverware! It has anything a chef could want! Loved cooking many meals there! Would have liked more bath towels as we only had 4 towels for eight nights. The location is perfect and close to everything!! We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this VRBO to others! Thank you!!

Perfect place with all the right amenities, hot tub was maybe the nicest hot tub I’ve seen at a STR. Definitely going to check availability next time I come to summit county. Great location, right in Dillon/Silverthorne.

This was an excellent property centrally located and well priced for our ski vacation.

This property was well equipped and centrally located for our ski vacation. We have stayed in Silverthorne before with friends in Frisco. This condo was perfect for our needs and nicely priced. We really enjoyed the art around the condo too. Great place and we will definitely keep it in mind when we visit again.

Great Location

Condo is as described, is within walking distance to the clubhouse (Pool and Hot tub). Close to restaurants and the grocery store. We came in for a weekend to ski, and this condo is in a great location and priced right. We would stay here again.

so awesome!

this place was a great place to stay in Dillon! the neighborhood is quiet and so close to everything you need. getting checked in was a little confusing to me but Ericka was awesome with communication and I had no other problems. Close to Breckenridge and Frisco and walkable to Lake Dillon! Also the bed is sooo comfortable, one of the best nights sleep I've gotten in a long time. :) Would highly recommend and will look for it when I come back! Thank you so much!

trip review

It was a little confusing to find the lock box at the clubhouse but after that it was easy to get into the condo! The deadbolt is a little hard to get to lock you need to pull the door and turn the key at the same time. The condo was very clean and cute! There’s no AC but it was cold at night so that wasn’t a problem. Has all the essentials and the balcony is a nice size. Overall a good place to stay! Would recommend!

Enjoyable Quaint Getaway

Nice property with everything you need. Close to highway access and one mile from downtown. Would've preferred a K-cup coffee pot rather than full size but not a problem by any means (enjoyed the coffee that was already there - thanks!). Comfortable bed, easy parking rounded out a nice place. Thank you.
