This lovely, updated 2-bedroom, 3-bath townhome is centrally located to all that Dillon has to offer. Walk to the grocery store, church, movie theater, restaurants, and many trails.

The master bedroom features a king bed, a queen futon, an HD TV, and a deck with gorgeous mountain views. This bedroom also has its own private bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a deck with beautiful views. The home includes a stone fireplace, a heated garage, free Wi-Fi, an HD TV, a regular drip coffee maker, and much more.

There is a nice deck with a BBQ and stunning views. The property also features two hot tubs in the common building.

Located in a gorgeous setting, you will be close to all that Summit County has to offer. Keystone and Arapahoe Basin are just a short drive away, and Breckenridge and Copper Mountain ski resorts are not far either. There is an abundance of outdoor activities nearby, no matter the season.

Close to everything Dillon

Great base camp for a long ski weekend. It was comfortable but showed some wear. We ate several meals there and enjoyed our stay.

127 Lookout Ridge, Feb 2025

Great location. Internal layout good. Furniture and beds were good to excellent. Marginal parking - small space inside, and out, to accommodate "midsize" vehicles max. Some light fixtures were missing bulbs. Water control system had low battery, would not accept commands. Dishwasher controls were unfamiliar, took some experimenting to get it to work.

Condo was good for our ski vacation. Boiler had a leak and needed repairs while we were there. Took three days to get fixed but they brought in space heaters.

Beautiful Mountain Townhome

The property is well appointed and comfortable. Beautiful views are had from every window and the fireplace gives the living area a wonderful and cozy feel. The garage is a game changer when staying in the winter. If it is available for our annual ski trip next year, I will book it again.

Kitchen was fully equipped and well stocked. Location was was good however the walk/drive to hot tub was excessive. Also the noise waking up and down the stairs was loud. Despite above would certainly stay again

Perfect location

Place was very nice and it was a perfect location for skiing/snowboarding! It was nice having the bedrooms downstairs, away from the kitchen/living room area! Overall the amenities were very nice! We would definitely stay here again.

Nice Condo!

The condo was very nice - clean, well stocked, roomy, comfy beds and nice view. The overall process from booking to checking out was so easy. Great location - close to groceries, restaurants, movie theater. Our only complaint was the road noise from I70. We couldn't hear it when the windows/doors were closed but we love to leave them open when in the mountains and the traffic noise drowned out the birds chirping and leaves rustling. Might not be an issue for some, but it would keep me from renting here again.

Family and Ski Time

We spent the week with our kids and 3 yr old granddaughter joining us for a long weekend! The condo is just beautiful; well equipped; convenient to everything. Very spacious! Loved being able to bring our pups with us too. We all enjoyed wonderful quality family time. We'd definitely book again!
