The condo is located 75 miles from Denver, approx 1 hr 30 min from Denver International Airport. An easy drive as you take the I 70 freeway straight from the airport to Dillon. While the condo is located on the second floor facing west, the building entry is 3 steps up from the parking lot on the east side, the condo is on that level, which allows for easy unloading of luggage. For skier's and boarders the condo's proximity to six major resorts, the nearest being Arapahoe basin, Loveland, Keystone and Copper makes it ideal for winter getaway's. Summer activities include Lake Dillon and the entertainment available at the amphitheater close to the lake. Climbing, hiking and walking opportunities abound. If climbing a 14er is in your summer plans, Gray's and Torrey's are close at hand as are leisurely walks of cycles around the lake. The condo is located near the club house with its pool, sauna and hot tub which are available free of charge to guests. WiFi, pool table and credit card or coin operated laundry are available in the club house building. WiFi also available in the condo.The complex has tennis courts a basketball court for those wishing to exercise their lungs at high altitude. This condo has been extensively remodeled since it was purchased. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you might need to create that stay at home meal. Flat screen TV, cable TV, DVD and CD player for your use. The condo sleeps 4, queen size bed in bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Two parking passes are available to guests. One assigned parking spot. We typically respond to all booking requests in less than 24 hrs.

The overall complex and feel is a bit dated but the condo itself was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was great. This unit was great for the price point and close to the amphitheater which was our purpose of travel. I'd recommend walking up the road a short distance where you will find an easy to navigate trail along the stream. All in all a good landing spot if you are looking for clean and simple.

Eileen was great and very responsive super easy check in and convenient location. this is not a ski in/out multi-million dollar condo, but it's perfect for the cost!

Ski Trip

We had a wonderful stay at this property for our ski trip! The space was perfect for the two of us. After a long day on the slopes, the access to the hot tub was a huge highlight. The location was great, with easy access to i70, and nearby shops/restaurants.

MLK Ski Weekend

Wonderful property for a ski weekend! Very clean and updated unit with everything we needed to make our weekend stay perfect. Short drive to lots of ski resorts and restaurants.

Comfy and good location

Very comfortable bed and great kitchen with everything one would need including lots of spices. I would have preferred written instructions in the room for Wi-Fi, leaving procedures, etc instead of via email, which I especially like to avoid while on vacation.

Great condo

We had a wonderful vacation stay at this condo! My husband, two kids, and I were thrilled with the spacious layout, cleanliness, and the fact that it was fully stocked with all the necessities we could need. Eileen is an outstanding host — very responsive and easy to communicate with. We will definitely be returning for our next ski trip. There is no air conditioning, and on the hottest days, you would want to open the master bedroom window, but you can’t because the parking lot is right there! (There are even signs telling guests not to back up vehicle’s because of the fumes - that’s how close the cars are!) This was a terrible facility, and falsely advertised!!

Great place for a getaway!

Eileen's condo was perfect for me to get a break from the city for a few nights! Clean with updated furniture and kitchen. Nice to have tea on the balcony in the morning with hiking along Straight Creek just up the road. It is right by I70 but not in the middle of town. I will stay here again!

Convenient to ski areas

Great location

Location was perfect! To Loveland in 15 minutes and you didn’t have to fight traffic either way! Everything you needed was in the condo. Super clean!
