"Wonderful hotel. Two pools, great kind staff. Very attentive. The rooms are super clean, well maintained and the mattress beds are firm. You can smoke in the balcony. "The service was very friendly but it felt like there was only 1 person managing the entire hotel. The room lacked some basic amenities like a mirror, trash bin, or mini fridge. There was no housekeeping so they didn't clean the room when we were away nor give us fresh towels. The pool wasn’t working. ..."

"They didn't get my expedia reservations. They found a replacement. Unfortunately this was in a building that didn't seem finished. AC didn't work. It was beyond hot in the rooms. Staff was great, but these problems made a bad stay."
