2* Gîte on the first floor of an old pottery workshop in the center of Dieulefit

The vacation rental is located on the first floor of our house, a former pottery workshop in Dieulefit. It is accessed via a separate entrance and a gently sloping staircase. The fully fenced, shaded terraced garden overlooks the Jabron River, and with its swimming pool, it offers a relaxing environment.
It measures 45 m² and can accommodate 2 to 4 people.
On the first floor, there is:
A terrace with: 1 table, 4 chairs, and 1 umbrella.
A living room with: 1 bookcase, 1 coffee table, 1 lamp, 2 armchairs, 1 sofa bed (140), and a flat-screen TV.
A separate kitchen, equipped with: 1 four-burner gas stove with oven, 1 refrigerator, 1 toaster, 1 electric kettle, 1 electric coffee maker, 1 table and 4 chairs, and all necessary kitchen utensils.
On the first floor there is:
A spacious and bright bedroom with: 2 80-cm beds that can be pushed together to form a 160-cm bed, 1 closet, 2 nightstands, 3 lamps, 2 chairs, 1 table/desk, and 2 bedside rugs.
A bathroom with: 1 shower, 1 sink, and a toilet...
You have access to: the laundry room (washing machine, ironing board, and iron).
The garden, lounge chairs, deck chairs, barbecue, ping-pong table, and the swimming pool in the summer (10m by 4m and 1.20m deep) are shared with the owners and the tenants of a studio apartment (if occupied).

Our cottage is not suitable for people with limited mobility, as there are many stairs and different levels on the property.

Our house is a village home with no parking; there is a free public parking lot 50 meters away.

You’re a 5-minute walk from shops, cafés, restaurants, pottery studios, art galleries, artists’ studios, the Maison de la Terre, the movie theater, tennis courts, and the municipal swimming pool.

Dieulefit offers a wide range of sports and cultural activities (hiking, crafts, tours of historic sites, festivals, etc.)
