"+positv+: Ein sehr schön gelegenes Hotel, für Autofahrer bestens zu erreichen, insb. für Gäste, die über die nahen Autobahnen anreisen; der Empfang war auch diesmal wieder sehr freundlich, fast familiär; die Umgebung bietet Gelegenheit zum Spaziergang; direkt am Hotel gibt es viel Natur; die Zimmer sind praktisch eingerichtet, die Betten bequem; das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und lecker und der Frühstücksraum angenehm groß -- -negativ-: die früher vorhandenen Kaffeemaschinen sind nicht mehr...

"Convenient hotel very close to the airport. Free shuttle bus as well. However if you are using as a day room for a layover be warned they give away the booking if you do not show up for check in the evening before. This happened to myself as well as a colleague and his family. I was however able to get the room back once I arrived as the staff were very helpful. "

"The hotel and staff were awesome. The only negative thing (complaint) I have is that for myself and my elderly mother-in-law, the walk from the train station to the pickup point at terminal 1 was rather strenuous with the luggage we had. The hike from the drop-off at the hotel parking garage to the hotel itself was again strenuous for us. But this was not the fault of the hotel and/or shuttle. They were all extremely accommodating. Will definitely use again, but with lighter luggage 😁."

"Modern hotel with lots of light — clean & spacious rooms. The beds & bedding were super comfortable. My friend enjoyed the sauna. There is both a restaurant & a separate Pub. After supper we had drinks outside in the courtyard — always like that option. The beakfast buffet was just okay. As for location, this hotel is surrounded by highways, so it's not the best choice for people who want to walk around or do local sightseeing. But it's a good choice for business purposes & airport...

"Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war im großen ganzen sehr gut. Super bequem vom Flughafen mit dem Transfer hin und zurück. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte eine gute Größe für zwei Personen. Bett war bequem, kleine Manko, die Fugen in der Dusche hätte sauberer sein können, aber sonst alles okay. Das Frühstück hat eine tolle Auswahl. Kommen immer wieder gerne."

"Room air conditioning thermostats control was broken, so you either have to switch it off to freeze or leave to boil. Didn’t get any sleep on the first night. Water pressure was too weak to reach the shower head. The pillows were smelly and very old. There was a red spot of blood on the duvet. The hotel is not staffed until 3pm and after 10pm. Apart from Liza, other staff are miserable and make you regret asking a question. Avoid this hotel if you can."

"Access to nearby trails was great, Shuttle easy. Most restaurants around were closed and only option in walking distance was the one within steigenberger hotel. Though more expensive than even airport restaurants and food was not great"

"Very nice hotel , food was good, rooms clean. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. One VERY disappointing aspect was the service staff, B Singh, specifically. Zero personality and very rude. Interacted twice asking for ice and treated my adult daughter with attitude and front desk staff had to intervene as well. Not a good look for hotel."
