Sunshine Oaks is a well-kept one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo located in Diamondhead's Molokai Village — about one hour away from New Orleans and Biloxi and close to Bay St. Louis, where you can gamble, hang out at the many restaurants and bars, hit the beach, or take a ferry to Ship Island.

Newly renovated, at Sunshine Oaks you will find all the comforts of home and a central location. It is the perfect choice for a romantic getaway, golf trip, or vacation with the family.

Inside Sunshine Oaks, there is a queen-size bed in the bedroom with a flatscreen Smart TV. The attached bathroom has a large soaking tub and shower. The living room is full of natural light and has two pull-out twin-size sofa beds, a flatscreen Smart TV, and a dining area and access to the bathroom as well.

The newly remodeled kitchen area has slate countertops, a refrigerator, an electric stove/oven, a dishwasher, and both a drip coffee maker, as well as a Keurig.

There is a back patio where you can relax in the Gulf breezes, and you are only steps away from a large in-the-ground pool!

***There should be no more than four people on the property unless prior permission is given. No events or parties of any kind. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guests and property outside of the home. There are no inside cameras.***

The condo was very clean and cozy. The trees surrounding the condos are absolutely gorgeous. We had a great time.

The fan remote would not turn the fan off. We had to use the switch. It turned it on but not off. Also the remote would not turn the fan light on or off.

The Condo was cozy and homey. The complex was quiet and nice. Only about 15-20 minutes from Long Beach. Super convenient to restaurants, gas stations, grocery store and CVS. Great location. Would definitely stay there again!

Nice place to relax after a full day with the family. Comfortable furniture especially the rocker. Good size bed also comfy. Able to cook a few meals. Like being able to watch out the sliding glass door. Watching the birds and squirrels running around. Like being at Grandmas house in the country according to my grandsons. Definitely will ask for the same place.

Spent a great weekend having a very nice getaway. Loved the updated condo, which had many amenities not typically found when traveling-bottled water in fridge, paper products and spices in pantry, and even breakfast bars. First aid products in medicine cabinet. Such a well decorated condo with nice fresh colors.Very short distance to Casino and we really enjoyed dinner at the clubhouse and other nearby restaurants. We will return for golf weekend when weather is better. Overall great stay!!!
