"You must enjoy the outdoors and all it comes with (birds, iguanas, insects, etc) when staying here. The property is beautiful. This was my first time experiencing no Ac or 4th wall. The breeze and fans kept the room cool. I advise to turn off all lights at night and bring plenty of bug spray to keep the insects away. "This place was absolutely perfect! The location is amazing. The staff are all super friendly, helpful, and greet you with a smile every time they see you. The rooms are well-kept and have a great kitchenette that is fully stocked. I look forward to returning to the island, and when we do, this will be the only place we stay."

"The panoramic views of Soufrière and the Pitons were stunning. La Haut Resort definitely has a lot of character. Unfortunately, the property feels quite run-down and could really use some updates and maintenance. However, for the price, it’s an amazing value. The staff were warm and welcoming, the breakfast was good, and the incredible views made the stay worthwhile. Definitely bring bug spray, especially in the evenings."

"We loved the ocean view. So prestien. The beds were very comfortable. I didn't feel the room was very clean. The refrigerator only had 3 legs so it would tilt and the door wouldn't stay closed. The 6-1/2 flights of stairs with large bags in the heat with no help and no elevator was grueling."
