BEACH WEEK INQUIRIES (5/29-6/17) - please see below...MUST READ.

Have you ever wanted to park your car, take your shoes off, leave your busy life behind and let the sea soak into your soul? You've come to the right place! This little beach cottage favors the old-school style of beaching it. Adorable, with all the modern amenities!

Super high-speed wireless, 3 Amazon Firestick TVs, excellent HVAC, modern kitchen, washer/dryer and clothesline (for those that want that 'beach smell'), super comfy Queen & Twin mattresses, off-street parking, and several other upgrades.

And, what cottage wouldn't be complete without its own outdoor shower and relaxing screened in porch? If that isn't enough - lounge on the cute wicker furniture on the outdoor area at the cottage's entry or host an outdoor BBQ at the picnic table.

*Please Note: Shorebreak Cottage is the left hand side of the twin cottages shown.

If the dates you are looking for appear blocked, please send us a message anyway. There are some timeframes where we only rent to friends, family and some previous renters.

Please Note: *We only rent to adults 25+. Renters are responsible for their own sheets, bath towels, beach towels & chairs and personal & paper products. If you wish to rent these, please let us know - this can be arranged for a small fee.

Community facing security cameras are located around the proprety.


BEACH WEEK INQUIRIES (5/29-6/17): This is our home. We live here when you are not. As such, we have extremely strict policies during Beach Week. There are no "work arounds" - we've seen them all. **We only allow adults 30+ during this timeframe - this includes ALL people staying or visiting our cottage.** No exceptions. Not even if an adult or parent 30+ signs the lease.

Any actual or perceived violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction (locks changed regardless of personal belongings) and forfeiture of any remaining rent money, fees, security deposit + damages.

PLEASE NOTE: A $5000 fee will be added to your rental agreement during this timeframe. This fee is additional to other fees. This will be refunded if there are zero violations. We will be checking daily at various times.

This cute cottage was perfect for our stay in Dewey. It was great to be able to access both the beach and restaurant within minutes, which gave us a lot of flexibility with our days. The host was also very responsive and helpful.

This cottage is very quaint and comfortable. Unbeatable location. The area is very dog friendly. Jenni is so nice and super responsive. Upon check-in we noticed some of the cleaning was lacking. I notified Jenni and she immediately responded and rectified the matter. Truly couldn’t have asked for anything more. She is great and because of her I will 10/10 stay here again!

Off-season retreat

Dewey is wonderful even in chilly February. Delighted that Jenni was able to accommodate us on such short notice. She is an excellent host, and her cottage is our preferred place to stay.

Great cottage right in the heart of Dewey

We have stayed here 3 years in a row and booked for next year already. It is so convenient to be able to walk right onto the beach when you make a right out of the driveway, or make a left to be right on the main strip. The cottage is very cozy and great for a movie when it is raining. Highly recommend!

Lovely stay for small family

Very nice stay for a small family. The house was very thoughtfully equipped with all we needed and we appreciated it is nicely decorated. We loved having the screened in porch to enjoy in the evenings and the outdoor picnic table to eat our meals outside. House is jest steps from the beach.

Cute cottage right by the beach

This is a very cute (dog-friendly) cottage with 2 bedrooms one bathroom with stand up shower, kitchen with a dining table (6 chairs), and a spacious covered patio with lots of seating. The host Jenni is very prompt in her replies right from booking to stay. The cottage has a parking spot for one car right in front of the door. Very convenient 2-3 min walk to the beach. We brought our own but the host has left 4 beach chairs and also bowls for feeding two dogs :) The beach allows dogs before 9.30 am and after 5.30 pm so the proximity to the beach was great! The gas station near by has anything you need if you forget something. The short walk to Dewey brewery is a must (they have good food and beer). Just a lovely stay!

Perfect for our family

We loved our stay- the cottage was clean and comfortable, the location was steps from the beach and the main strip. The space was perfect for our family of 4 and had everything we needed. Off street parking was fabulous. Neighbors were great. We will be back for sure!

Wonderful family time

We had a wonderful, relaxing trip. The house was perfect for me, my husband, our 10 year old daughter and 2 little dogs. The beach is soooo close and it’s wonderful to just be able to walk to and from as we pleased. We also enjoyed the screened in porch and the outside area for sitting in the sun. I cannot say enough wonderful comments about Jenni Brand. She is so friendly and helpful; like talking with a longtime friend! I was technologically challenged with the entry keypad 🤦‍♀️And she quickly called and talked me through! We will be back!
