  • Alquile esta fantástica casa en su conjunto. Está en perfecto estado. Puede alquilar por fin de semana, entre semana, semana completa y opciones extendidas. Es simplemente un mínimo de 3 noches, con la única estipulación de que no puede registrarse ni salir un sábado. Puedes alquilar tantas noches como quieras; Sin embargo, mantenemos fuera los fines de semana juntos. La mejor inversión es alquilar de domingo a viernes.

    La propiedad está configurada para entretener con una cocina de tamaño completo y un área de bar de tamaño completo que se juega como una cocina. Hay un lavaplatos, lavadora / secadora y refrigerador en cada uno de los 2 niveles de la casa. También hay una cubierta de tamaño completo en cada uno de los 2 niveles y estacionamiento para 4-6 autos.

    Sea la envidia de las personas que pasan por aquí ... esta ubicación fue construida recientemente e incluye gabinetes de primera línea, debajo de fregaderos dobles de acero inoxidable con encimeras de granito. Los electrodomésticos son inoxidables, incluida la estufa de combustible doble Jennair de 5 quemadores con horno doble. La lavadora / secadora son de tamaño completo. Los baños tienen encimeras de Corian con inodoros Toto sin obstrucciones. Los muebles son de los mejores fabricantes, incluidos Tommy Bahama, Moosehead, Bob Timberlake, Hooker, Potterybarn, etc. El piso no tiene parangón, ya que todas las áreas de estar tienen pisos de madera noble cortados a mano con alfombras Tactesse en las habitaciones (¡muy suaves!). Owner was not the kindest and charged 15 a towel which is absolutely absurd for how much this property costs. Also was super hot and took a whole day to cool down.

Very close to beach and bars

Really fun time playing golf, going to the beach and going out to the bars at night. Great location, can walk anywhere.

Great place

I had my sister’s bachelorette party here and we had a blast. The property was perfect and in the best location. The owner clearly puts in the extra effort to give you a good experience.

Great location, plenty of room

This house was perfect for our group's stay during a friend's wedding. Plenty of rooms for each couple and plenty of bathrooms, which is prime for big groups getting ready for events. Proximity to the beach is choice.

Great house and location

Loved this house. It was big and spacious, everyone in our group got their own room and the proximity to the beach and local Main Street/bars was so convenient. Communication with the property management leading up to and during the stay was also prompt and responsive.

Wedding Weekend

The house was perfect for our family to get together for our wedding. There was plenty of room for everyone to comfortably visit with each other. Rooms were comfortable. House was well kept and the owner was great with communication.

Perfect Beach VaCa

1 block from beach, easy walk. Lots of beach stuff, early morning beach chair and umbrellas was excellent to reserve a good spot on the surf! Very clean and organized. We will stay there again

Perfect location for a large group

Maria was an excellent host and the house was gorgeous. I still can't believe we found a 20 person house so close to the main strip in Dewey. Clean, comfy, well maintained couldn't ask for more!

Dewey Beach Gem!

Exceptionally nice house- great layout of rooms and extra baths on each floor. Great location/ one block and a half to beach!! All 25 of us had plenty of room with two decks.

The house was plenty big for all our family. Enough beds and liked the 6 full baths for all to use. Plenty of kitchen and refrigerator space. Able to walk to a lot of restaurants.

The perfect house in a great location

Our family reunion in Dewey Beach was so easy and delightful. The house was the perfect size for 7 adults and 7 kids, including teens and toddlers. The kitchen had everything we needed, but there were great spots just a block away. The beach was beautiful and very close. Everything was great.

Dewey beach for large group

Immaculate and well located with high end appliances and two really well equipped kitchens. Walking distance from the beach, bars and restaurants in Dewey and a six minute drive from Rehoboth. Comfortable beds and lots of closets and drawers.

We were a group of 15 girls in late 20s/early 30s and the house was perfect for us! Had a blast! Everything on the listing was perfectly described and we had everything we needed.

Great family getaway

Great location, clean and large accommodating spaces. I thought having two separate living areas would make them feel small but there was plenty of room on both floors for the whole family. As a bonus, the house was well stocked with everything we needed. Also, having a few umbrellas and chairs setup for us on the beach was super helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect house

It was a great house for a family of 15 with 10 adults and 5 children 10,6 and 3- 3 year olds. There was plenty of space for everyone . It was a 5 minute walk to the beach and a few min to restaurants and quick shopping. Rehobeth Boardwalk was about a 9 minute drive. Highly recommend.

Our group of 16, (4 kids and 12 adults) all said this was absolutely the best beach house we’ve stayed in yet. It was very clean and well equipped. I always bring a bag of tools to fix something. This was the first house where I didn’t need to fix anything. Maria is wonderful. You won’t be disappointed if you rent this house.

Incredible Home with an even better location!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was incredibly spacious and our large group of girls fit very comfortably. Not to mention the mattresses were extremely comfortable! Enough bathrooms to accommodate a 19 person party. The location was truly incredible. Within walking distance to the bars/restaurants and a block and a half to the beach. The host was very easy to communicate with and gave very clear directions. Highly recommend!

Wedding Weekend

My wife and I got married at Baywood in Milsboro and stayed at this property over the weekend of our wedding with family and friends. It was an absolutely perfect location for the group. We were able to walk to the beach each morning, there are plenty of food options around, and the starboard is less than a block away! The house itself was amazing. With multiple refrigerators, kitchens and living spaces, everyone was able to hang out together when they wanted, but have privacy when needed. I could not recommend a better place to stay in Dewey with a large group!

Convenient to everything, great for group

This was a great place to spend a family Thanksgiving... This year we had some folks with specific dietary preferences/allergies and having two kitchens made it incredibly easy to keep everyone happy and safe. The location was great, with plenty of places to eat within walking distance even during the off-season, just watch out for the Town's Parking rules if you happen to put a car on the street for any reason! Communication was great, and when we had a question right at the beginning of the stay she responded right away and helped resolve it. While a little chilly during our stay, the double, large porches were places that would add even more space to an already large home - bedrooms were well furnished and decorated, with plenty of room and comfy beds for all. Would definitely rent again.
