BEACH BLOCK! 3rd from the beach with OCEAN VIEWS . BRAND NEW EVERYTHING!! Totally gutted and remodeled. Maintained meticulously. . If you like upscale living; Rent this townhouse 1 week or more during summer season. 3 day rentals available in the off-season. 4 bedrooms & 3.5 bathrooms. Each bedroom has a sliding door to a brand new deck with ocean views from 2nd & 3rd floors. All the amenities of home plus the sound of the ocean to fall asleep. Includes ( 2) designated off street parking spaces and we also provide (1) permit for street parking. Additional parking on street is available with your purchase of a daily or weekly permit. Fully equipped kitchen with double door refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cooktop and oven, breakfast bar and additional coffee/ beverage center complete with beverage/wine refrigerator and Keurig. We provide Keurig coffee pods & a variety of tea. Washer, Dryer, Outdoor shower with hot & cold water & a light for night use (we provide Tide pods for laundry). Private, secluded and gated outdoor entertainment space perfect for summer evening BBQ's on the NEW Webber grill. 1st floor is location of Laundry, full bathroom with shower, Bedroom 1 with King bed. Bedroom 2 has (2) bunk beds with full bed on bottom and twin on top (175 lb max). The 2nd floor is large open concept living space with Kitchen, Beverage Center, Dining Room, Living Room with electric Fireplace, Flat screen Smart TV, Cable, Secure password protected WIFI, Powder Room and 2 glass sliders leading to spacious deck with ocean views. The 2nd floor deck has a circular staircase which leads to the gated and private backyard play area/BBQ with grill, picnic table & chairs/gardens & enclosed outdoor shower with hot & cold water as well as a light. The 3rd Floor has a Full hall bathroom with bathtub and shower, Bedroom 3 with (2) double beds and a deck with ocean views . Bedrooms 4 has a California King bed, Fireplace, sitting area, TV, a large master bathroom with double sink vanity, separate shower and a deck with ocean views. Central AC, WIFI. Front door uses a keyless entry code so you have no hassle or worries with keys. Located in the heart of Dewey Beach with Active nightlife, fine dining, Grottos pizza & burgers and ice cream within a block . Perfect location for families with kids; only steps to the beach and 2 blocks to FREE night time beach movies and beach bonfires twice a week throughout the summer season and sponsored by the town. Jump on the Jolly Trolley at the end of your block to take a ride into Rehoboth and visit the boardwalk, beaches, ice cream and more fine dining. Weekly rentals only June through August with check-in and check out on Saturdays. Partial week or weekend rentals thereafter in the off season. Call or email with any questions . Please note this is a NO SMOKING house. We do not rent to High School or College Students.

During your stay we provide you with beach chairs and umbrellas. We also provide paper products such as paper towel, toilet paper, tissues, napkins. We supply kitchen dish soap, detergent pods for the dishwasher, bathroom hand soap and tide pods for the laundry. We will provide you with an ample supply of Keurig coffee pods and a variety of tea.

The beds will all be made prior to your arrival. Our cleaning crew will strip the beds after you depart. We have a specific procedure to follow for laundry. You must bring your own bath towels and beach towels. Dewey Beach is a way of life 🦀

We had another great stay at this house with family and friends. We always find the home well maintained and clean. Maureen is attentive to guest needs. The beds are made and very comfortable. We enjoyed the beach and beach/ ocean views from the decks. We also enjoyed family time in the house relaxing by the fireplace. The kitchen is supplied with your every need. Our dog enjoyed walks in Dewey as well as the fenced yard. We can’t wait to visit this house again! Thank you Maureen for providing a comfortable and convenient stay in Dewey so I could get my much needed dose of vitamin sea!

The property is extremely well supplied and equipped. If I were to make any recommendation it would be replacement of living room furniture with more comfortable pieces and the addition of a dresser or chest for clothes storage in the master bedroom. These are not imperatives, but they would add the final touch. The mattresses were great!

This is a great location. Unfortunately the picture you see of the decks are not what is attached to unit you are renting. The picture of units do not even belong to the owner of back unit you are getting. The decks associated with rental overlook a dumpster, multiple trash cans and a parking lot. The stairs inside the unit are a dark blue push carpet..impossible to keep clean with a family. We battled ants on a daily bases..even with cleaning and spraying outside of doors. The owner was not notified of this until after. Location is great...property very difficult to maneuver.

Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our recent family vacation with our 3 young adults. We had beautiful weather, and it wasn't overly crowded like other areas we've stayed in. Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable and spread out. The house was extremely clean upon our arrival, and we were notified that we could check in earlier than expected, which was a nice surprise. The owner provides so many important essentials that made our stay even more enjoyable. We loved that there were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas that we used every day. All in great condition. The distance to the beach was literally steps away. The Dewey area is absolutely the cutest, friendliest town and everything was within walking distance. The owner was super friendly and very accessible and quick to respond should you need anything, which I don't think you will! We hope to return soon!

A Fun Dewey Weekend

A great place in Dewey to rent. The property is nicely updated. Personally loved the ice maker. Had all the kitchen things we needed. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. We all had a great time.

Fantastic Stay

Our family of 4 spent 9 days enjoying Maureen's well-appointed and extremely comfortable home. Everyone had lots of room to spread out and relax. We had a full Thanksgiving dinner and had all the tools/pots etc that we needed. Everything one needs is there and check-in and checkout was easy. She was always available for any questions and very quick to respond. She supplies all the paper products and cleaning/laundering things one needs, coffee pods for the Keurig, and the beds were all made up when we arrived. The location is perfect - 1 min walk to the beach, able to walk to all of downtown Dewey and very short drive to Rehoboth. We saw the best sunsets from the Bayside (3 min walk) and spectacular sunrises (when we didn't sleep in) at the beach - complete with dolphins on our final morning. We highly recommend her place and hope to be back again - it really was the best - Thank you!

Fabulous Fall Getaway for 3 couples

We enjoyed a wonderful long weekend in this clean, modern condo just steps from the beach. Recently renovated and having all the amenities you want plus more! Owner provided paper products, sheets on the beds and some towels, laundry detergent. Perfect for 6 adults and we did not use the kids bunk room. Location is terrific!

Perfect Beach Vacation

I can’t say enough about this vacation home, and the owner, Maureen. The property is absolutely gorgeous. It’s decorated beautifully. There is a great attention to detail and I truly felt “at home” from the second I walked in. The kitchen is fully stocked. The appliances were all great. The dishwasher was so quiet we had to make sure it was actually running. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms for everyone to shower and get ready after a day at the beach. It’s basically steps to the beach. We had 4 little ones with us and the very short walk made getting to and from the beach so easy each day. We would come back, have a nice lunch and get back down to the water. Our kids also loved being able to play in the small backyard and our dogs enjoyed being able to sit outside with us. We have been coming to the Delaware shore for 30+ years, and Dewey the last 6 years. This location and home was one of our top rentals and we would not hesitate to rent here again. Maureen was very easy to communicate with, and went above and beyond in some circumstances. Thank you for an excellent week!

Great location and awesome host

We visited right at the start of the season. Staying within walking distance of our favorite restaurants and bars was fantastic. Plenty of space for our crew and no issues with the house. When we arrived a vehicle was blocking our parking spaces. Owner answered our call first time and helped to resolve the issue quickly. Definitely would rent this property again.

Weekend Getaway in Dewey

The house was perfect, though the weather was blustery and chilly we were quite cozy. The rental was clean, thoughtfully appointed and felt like home. Just a quick walk to the beach which was great for walks with our dog. I highly recommend this rentals for families.
