Whether you`re here to ride, relax, or explore, Unit D gives you everything you need for a simple, comfortable, and convenient stay.

Guests will have full private access to Unit D, including both bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen, and outdoor space.

You’ll also have access to the firepit area, perfect for relaxing after a day of riding or exploring.

Parking is available on-site for up to two trucks with trailers, with easy access in and out.

Occupancy: The home comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. Please ensure your group size matches your reservation.

Property Type: This is a simple, clean, and comfortable stay—perfect for riders and small groups. It is not a luxury cabin.

Firepit Use: Guests are welcome to enjoy the firepit. Please use responsibly and fully extinguish fires when finished.
Firewood is not provided, but we can connect you with a local supplier if needed.

Location: Conveniently located near the trail system and just a short drive to downtown Matewan for food, gas, and supplies.

Respect the Property: Please treat the home with care and be mindful of noise, especially during late hours.
No parties, no outside vendors, no overnight guests without our approval prior to your stay.
Do not engage in illegal activity on the property at any time.
If you break or damage anything in or on the property, please let us know so we can arrange for its repair before the next guest’s arrival.
No smoking
Pets are allowed with $50 pet fee, however, please keep them off the couches and bed. If comforter has to be deep cleaned due to animals there will be a fee.
Any missing items from the home that are not returned will result in fees for each item.
