Room wasn’t bad but people were noisy late into the night. Other people were also smoking weed all over. They charged a $50 deposit even though we paid in advance but didn’t refund it and the the room was fine when we left

The Motel and room were extremely old and worn. The other clients stayed up late into the night drinking in the parking lot and making lots of noise.

i think the front desk person really wanted to be helpful.... they would have changed my room if anything was wrong. However, in my opinion they have a ways to go because the place is huge and they dont employ a large enough staff....

Drove 7+ hours to get there and was told there was a new policy stating that the king bedroom with Jacuzzi tub was on a first come first serve basis, even though we had booked and paid for the room ahead of time. The solution we were offered was to be downgraded to a double room at a discounted rate ($5 off) and have the difference between the rooms refunded. It was really disappointing and then the room we were given was dirty, there were some weird brown streaks on the blankets, the microwave sounded like it was going to combust, and the shower had hair in it. I do have to give the front desk guy credit, he was pretty friendly, kept apologizing for everything, and brought up extra pillows and blankets personally. Not mad at him, just the hotel itself, or the owner, whoever made the awful new policy and not disclosing it.

Pool was not heated like it said it was. The tv remote didn't work right. The hair dryer plug was cut off. And the refrigerator was leaking water.

The bed was ok. Despite very low quality linens. Everything is very dated. The flooring in room is newish linoleum that looks like wood…poorly installed and loud to step on. The soaps, shampoo, towels are all the cheapest available. There was no room service for towels or cleaning. Worst, the toilet seat was very old and nasty. It’s cheap…but you barely get what you pay for.

Room and propertwais outdated and dirty. Good if you need a roof and a bed, it's a cheap stay off expedia, I wouldn't stay here for fun.

Floors and shower were filthy. Hair and dust on the shower ledges. The floor looked like it hadn’t been mopped in weeks and I kept my shoes on. There were “no smoking” signs everywhere but there were at least 6 people outside in the hallway smoking either marijuana or cigarettes or a combo of the two. Won’t go back.

Filthy Room, Poor Maintenance, and Security Concerns I booked this Red Roof Inn through Expedia based on its appealing photos and promotional rate. The reality was completely different. The room was filthy. After cleaning the floor three times, the water was still black with dirt. The mattress sagged, the bedding was inadequate, the shower paint peeled off with every use, the toilet seat was loose, and the bathroom heat lamp had an ordinary light bulb instead of a proper heat bulb. Security was concerning: entry doors were left unlocked despite having card readers, and our room's security latch was cracked in half. Marijuana smoke repeatedly entered our room, disturbing our sleep, while loud guests and off-leash dogs added to the problem. The pool was dirty, cigarette butts littered the property, and the TV's Wi-Fi repeatedly failed. Staff were generally pleasant, but that cannot excuse these conditions. Even a budget motel should provide clean rooms, proper maintenance, adequate bedding, and basic security. This property failed on all fronts and fell far short of its advertised appearance. Photos show the dirty towel after cleaning the floor, peeling shower paint, and improperly equipped heat lamp. I will not return.

It was explained at check-in the wi-fi was out & a cancelation was offered. Kept room but wish it was explained further that no wi-fi also meant no tv. The staff gifted two snacks per person from gift shop for inconvenience. Had to use mobile hot spot and drain my cell phone to allow devices to work. Our bathroom floor was dirty, bits of unknown items on the floor. The pool water looked dirty but it ended up being the liner not pool water that was dirty. Pool was truly great and very deep! The staff was cordial and could see they worked hard and were seen cleaning the main lobby areas The hotel was okay but not great. At midnight there was a lot of loud conversations in the hallways. As a single female traveler it did make me uncomfortable. I would said the hotel was fair, a decent price and if there was WiFi and tv I would return.
