It was perfect for our overnight stay. It was within walking distance to free transportation to downtown. The room was clean. The host was very helpful. Parking was free.

Parking on the street was easy and it was perfect walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go! Check-in was simple and getting a hold of the host was seamless as well. It felt safe and we were able to bring our dogs! Will definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Super convenient location, clean and comfortable inside. We were too late to get a free parking spot but parking was super easy st the SOMA Deck (parking garage 1 block west).

If you are looking for a comfortable bed after a long night of walking back and fourth from the arena/downtown area, this place is for you! I didn't want to get out of bed. The sheets, pillows, and comforter were soft. Free convenient parking was an essential part of our booking. This booking is affordable and perfect for anyone.

Place is very ckean. Codes to check-in did not note an asterisk ahead of the numbers for the building entry. Lock box was difficult to see in the hall and hard to operate. Parking behind was fine. Neighbourhood good. Toaster is a complicated digital one. No TV? No creamer packets for coffee. Only 2 small shower towels.

The bed was nice & comfy but the accommodations were very basic. There was a coffee maker but no coffee. No tolietries or washcloths and the shower curtain was hung too close to the tub & would stick to your body -super gross. We did enjoy the free parking & could walk to the arena district.

The place was as described, with convenient access to public transportation and free parking, which was a great perk! It was in an older building but the apartment itself was neat and clean. One heads-up: the pull-out sofa is very small. My 4'11" child couldn't fit on it, so it's really only suitable for very young kids. Overall, it was a solid stay in a quiet neighborhood and in close walking distance of public transportation. We would definitely stay here again.

This small place was not bad, just OK. The bedroom has a brick wall that is deteriorating and debris had come down onto the floor. It was obvious the place had not been cleaned well in a while. There were no bed sheets or linens for the pull out sofa bed, just a mattress pad and heavy comforter. The AC had not ben turned on for us and the unit was extremely hot on arrival. The AC unit for the kitchen/living area worked fine, cooling it down in a couple hours. But the bedroom unit struggled the entire two day stay. We did not use any of the kitchen facilities, but it looked well appointed with a nice supply of cookware and dishes. No communication after the reservation and then again prior to arrival. We had to call customer support to get check in instructions. There were no How is the rental, Thank you's, etc.
