1st problem! Certain rooms don’t have air in it and we had a room that didn’t have air in it, and it was hot and all they can do is advise to open the window and prop the door open.
2nd problem! As we are coming down to eat breakfast, we noticed there was a few people in the pool, but as soon as we got done eating, there was a note put on the pool door, saying it needs to be cleaned and they don’t know when it will be done. And this is Mother’s Day.
3rd problem! As it’s getting closer to checkout, I called and asked for a hour late check out, which would be at 12. At this time the hotel is pretty empty and there is really no one there. Staff tell me they can’t do late checkouts because they are over their limit of late checkout. I feel like being that they had all these inconveniences they couldn’t give us a hour late check out.
