Perfect location for a long Mother’s Day weekend with my family! Walks into Ferndale for coffee ,pastries and Detroit style pizza at Ferndale Project ! Pops for drinks! We used the fire pit at night and grilled out for a few dinners! Fond memories were made!

Stayed for Dream Cruise. Great location within walking distance to Nine Mile Road. Plenty of room. Big kitchen and comfy bedrooms. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Hosts very responsive and friendly. Overall great stay.

Cozy home in a great neighborhood

We used the home to discover the area. The home was very cozy and inviting. We loved all the different corners and details around. We had a great stay! Walking around was nice and be able to go to coffees shops, restaurants and get groceries.

Great Home with a Quiet Neighborhood located near everything

We stayed here for Dream Cruise. Walking distance to 9 Mile Road and everything it had to offer. Lovely quiet historic neighborhood. House was very roomy and comfortable. Big kitchen and hosts were very friendly and remained in contact during our stay. I would definitely consider coming back for Dream Cruise 2026.

Beautiful Home and Neighborhood Close to Detroit

Enjoyed this beautiful home in a very nice neighborhood. Proximity to Ferndale restaurants and markets was terrific. Ferndale is such a pretty neighborhood, I felt very safe and loved all the well maintained older homes. For being so close to Detroit it was safe and an ideal location to head off in multiple directions. I recommend staying here to anyone, and will certainly come back again.

Home for family graduation celebration

The location of this beautiful property was so excellent for us. I had two family members homes within walking distance and also a good friend. The house is unique and charming with a beautiful backyard. The beds were extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this property and will consider renting again when returning home.

Great house in great location

The house is very cute and comfortable! Neighborhood was great - quiet and close to things. Trundle bed with 2 twins was perfect for our kids. I wish the second bedroom had another queen size bed instead of a full size, but beds were really comfy and we'd definitely stay here again!

INCREDIBLY cozy and homey house - unlike many VRBOs that feel sterile and unlived in, this is clearly a home, which was especially welcome bc we were there for Christmas. They even had Christmas decorations for us! Bedding was delicious, and I'm picky about that, hahaha. 10 out of 10 for sure. Didn't get to enjoy the yard bc it was cold and wintery weather, but looks fab for summer.
