The space
Appointed for travelers looking for a true home experience. Use our well stocked kitchen to flex your culinary muscles. Lose yourself in a movie or live sports on any of the three 4K TVs. We’ve outfitted both bedrooms with a comfy mattress, premium linens and towels to match. Everywhere you look we’ve added thoughtful touches like lamps and storage. Kelly and I can’t wait to host you for your next Detroit adventure! For contract professionals there is no penalty for ending your stay early. Only thing we need is for you to submit to us a cancelled work contract.
Guest access
You’ll have access to the building door and to your unit door via a code which will be messaged to you before you arrive. The unit is located on the main floor.

The shared front porch is a great place to hang out. The shared back yard and grill are also yours enjoy.

Please do not park on the street and instead use your reserved space.

We have a level 1 EVSE available by request so please let us know in advance if you’re driving an electric car.
Other things to note
This unit will experience some sound transfer from the unit upstairs.

We strictly ask that you refrain from smoking indoors, but on the porch and back yard is allowed and 420 friendly.

If you stay for a long time: trash day is Friday

This unit is 100% humans only. We have another unit (Deluxe Sublevel Studio) that is designated pet friendly and we will enforce this up to and including expulsion of guest and non-permitted guest(s).
