Cute & cozy family-friendly Royal Oak ranch close to downtown and highways!

Adorable 1950s 2 bed, 2 bath ranch located in a quiet and safe neighborhood - you'll have the full home to yourself. It's a 1 mile walk or bike ride to downtown Royal Oak, with easy access to highways 696 and I-75. Detroit is a quick 15ish minute drive! Lots of recent renovations completed on the home, including a beautiful front porch and back patio.

Two furnished rooms - one queen and one full/double. Both of the bedrooms have memory foam mattress toppers, have a TV with streaming and have phone chargers on each side of the bed.

Two full bathrooms - one with a tub and one with a shower. Both include their own hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner/body wash and all towels.

Kitchen is stocked with all cooking essentials, including a Kuerig with coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Cooking spray/oil, salt and pepper, and all the supplies you need to make great meals!

Upstairs living area has a large sectional, and the basement living area has a sofa chaise. Each have a TV with streaming services. Basement is full of Marvel Comics goodies, and also has an available baby gate and Pack N Play in the bedroom closet. Upstairs hallway closet has some board games and puzzles.

There's driveway or street parking. Decent size backyard that's fenced on three sides. Beautiful patio and front porch. Lots of parks in the area!

This place was the perfect size for my husband daughter and I for our few days stay in Michigan. It was a great location for everything we needed. Easy access to highways and great parking in the driveway. All the amenities were there and the response time was amazing. We were super comfortable and will for sure try and come back! We really enjoyed our stay! We loved everything about the house! The house was very neat, clean, and accomodating! Megan was very helpful with all our questions and very quick to answer. A Very quiet neighborhhod. We will definently stay again.

Great house in Royal Oaks

Super cute house in quiet neighborhood. Very clean and so much room. Upper level had 2 bedrooms, bathroom and living room. Lower level also had bathroom, bedroom and living room. Close to Detroit zoo, aquarium and so many parks. Would definitely stay again.

A wonderful place to stay when visiting the Detroit area. The house is in a really nice, quiet neighborhood and was perfect for relaxing in after we were adventuring off to The Ford Museum and the Dearborn area. We loved the large sectional in the living rooms and there were TVs galore. There was even a full section downstairs in the basement that is perfect for children with its own room, couch and tv area, and bathroom.

lovely and comfy house in Royal Oak

This house is clean, very comfortable, and pleasant. We all remarked on this a few times during our stay. Megan, the host, is very responsive. The kitchen is great! Everything that we needed was there. There are stores and restaurants nearby. Royal Oak is a fun place, it was nice to be close to things we wanted. We went to the Hollywood Market where they have prepared food and groceries. I would stay here again!

A MARVELous Getaway

This is a well maintained place located adjacent a great little downtown area. It has two sizable living room areas, 3 large beds, 2 full bathrooms alongside a porch and back area. Everything is updated and modern. TV's are in most rooms and there's chargers throughout. Everything is as advertised on listing. There's a surprise theme to the basement which was a pleasant surprise. Check out requirements are reasonable and simple. Had some issue with the wifi, but did have some rain and thunder during stay so could have been weather. Well worth the stay
