Other things to note
Kindly note that the building holds historical significance. Occasionally, the soft footsteps of neighbors above may be heard on the wooden floors, and during winter, the radiators may emit some noise when filling and releasing steam. It is close to Forest Ave. so some street noise is to be expected, typical to an urban apartment.

Additionally, be aware that in the summer months the air conditioning unit is located in the bedroom. For supplementary cooling, a fan can be found in the unit!

Feel free to bring your furry friends as this unit is pet-friendly! We do charge a $25 pet fee and we kindly request that you make an effort to keep them off the furniture when possible. :)

Lastly, we recently replaced the couch, so it is different than the one pictured.
