Aspectos negativos: Limpieza
First impressions are everything. My daughter and I arrived at the location early to "scope out" the area. Upon arrival the first thing we noticed were the trash bins and loads of trash piled up in front of the unit. We were about an hour and a half early and tired so I emailed Kevin to see if we would be able to check in early. I never received a response. While we were waiting in the car in the parking lot behind the unit two people (a female and male) pulled up and went into the unit. For the next hour and half these persons would proceed to go in and out of three units with wadded up bedding and linens. With about 30 minutes left until check in I decided to go to Walmart to get my own cleaning supplies (Lysol Wipes, laundry detergent, sponges, etc) I did not have a good feeling about what we were witnessing. I planned on cleaning the unit and washing the bedding when we were inside. When we returned from Walmart it was 4:01PM (One minute pass check-in time.) The door was wide open. We proceeded to walk to the door and the lady asked' "Are you the guests that will be staying?" I replied, "Yes" and she asked us to give them ten more minutes to clean the floors. I obliged but I was not happy with this situation and wanted to cancel this reservation immediately. Ten minutes turned into twenty five minutes and I called Kevin and did not receive an answer. I left a voicemail about the situation. The lady then was on a cell phone, with whom I assumed was Kevin, and proceed
