A large dining table seats up to 10 guests, while a small island with two stools provides a casual spot for coffee or quick snacks. From here, sliding doors open to the back deck, offering a sunny extension of the kitchen.

Second Floor
Upstairs, you’ll find four bedrooms and a full bathroom. Two of the rooms feature comfortable king beds, while one bedroom includes a bunk bed with a double/full mattress on the bottom and a twin on top—perfect for kids. The layout gives everyone their own space while keeping families close together.

Third Floor Loft Suite
The entire third floor is a private retreat with a cool, modern vibe. Bright and spacious, the loft features a king bed, a queen bed, and an extra-long twin, plus a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The ensuite spa bathroom offers a large walk-in shower and modern finishes. For maximum comfort, the loft has its own heating and air conditioning system, while the rest of the home is equipped with central HVAC.

Laundry Room
There is a washer and dryer on site in a finished area of the basement which is accessible to guests.

The maximum capacity for this house is 14 people. No additional guests and no guests who are not listed on the booking.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to an additional fee and are strictly at the host`s discretion.

Our concierge will check you into the property to ensure a smooth process. You must contact our concierge at the number provided prior to arrival at the property.

Any filming or commercial photography bookings subject to approval and agreement of host.

Medium or long term stays are subject to additional cleaning. Cleaning fee is $300 every two weeks for reservations greater than 4 weeks. Reservations of 21-30 days require an additional cleaning at the two week mark (also $300).

If items in the house are damaged or broken, you will absolutely be required to pay for it.

IF YOU HAVE AN UNAUTHORIZED GATHERING OR IF YOU ARE FOUND SMOKING, YOUR RESERVATION WILL BE TERMINATED WITHOUT A REFUND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN COMPLETED.
