"I liked they were very attentive. The only thing I didn't like is that I was supposed to be picked up at the EBB airport on a Saturday midnight being my first time in Africa and they didn't show up, but I guess it was my fault not to double check before. Overall, a great hotel to stay near the airport!"

El clóset se habría súbitamente en mitad de la noche prendiéndose la luz. La seguridad del hotel poco eficiente Para llevar a la alberca hay que cruzar el estacionamiento en traje de baño, es muy incómodo El acceso del mall al hotel carece de seguridad para cruzar de un lado a el otro El peor...

"A suite hotel which has gone backwards. Nobody stays here. I was alone! The rooms are still good - but TV card lapsed so no TV, o breakfast room. Breakfast ordered night before and brought on a tray. Only good thing is the price. And room is big. I stayed several times before in better days. Avoid."

"I liked the location , the service and the staff attitude towards guest was kind, courteous and pleasant. Other Amenities lie shopping malls and restaurants are at a distance . There is always traffic in Kampala. However nothing the hotel can do. This is government and state infrastructure."

"Got to the (awful) hotel to be told the airport shuttle wasn't available and they weren't expecting us. We showed them the confirmation of booking and payment and the phoned their boss. Apparently every internet booking the payment isn't received so if we want to stay at the hotel we would have to pay twice and claim the money back later. They openly admit they try this on all bookings. We left and stayed at the airport instead and will claim or original payment from Expedia."

"Para los amantes de esos grandes hoteles con todo tipo de instalaciones que surgieron entre los 1930 y 1970. Cierto aire de nostalgia. Hay dos tipos de cuartos. Si se opta por los de mejor nivel, frente al campo de golf, la experiencia será inmejorable. Es un hotel viejo, pero bien cuidado y limpio. "
