"I thought it was too good to be true; a Friday night room with space to comfortable sleep 2 adults and 3 kids under 10, a pool, and free breakfast. Not only was all of this true, but the pool was great, the room comfortable and CLEAN and not at all out of date. The breakfast was delicious and the cafe was clean and comfortable. "

The breakfast is wonderful, with a wide variety of options, and I especially appreciated that oat milk is available since I cannot drink regular milk. We also traveled with our dog, and the hotel is very pet-friendly, offering plenty of walking areas as well as a dog station with bags and a designated dog-walking area."

"The price was right but you get what you pay for. The room was very clean and overall comfortable. However, there were only 2 pillows for a queen size bed and the room had no cups or glasses. I probably could have gone to the office and requested these items but felt that they should have been provided. There was a microwave and refrigerator which were nice conveniences."

Everything looked the same as online, and you could tell there was love and care put into the look. Lovely stay at this historic property!"

"We've stayed here a few times for a reason. Its great. Not only is it close to family for us, but also close to everything the Hudson Valley and the Birkshires have to offer. The house is well stocked. Its cool in the summer and cozy in the winter. Our kids are always excited to stay at the "yellow farm house". See you nex time."
