"If you’re looking for a place to stay in this area, Halvorsen House is the place to choose! Just a few minutes from the north entrance of Letchworth, it gave us a perfect landing place each evening. Tons of great space inside and outside for either gathering or spreading out. We enjoyed breakfast on the deck and ending our evening around the firepit. Thank you for giving us such a comfortable and clean home for our visit!"

"The bed and breakfast was amazing! We stayed in the African room and it was very clean, beautiful decor and very comfortable bed. We had a Mexican breakfast that was prepared by Jeanne, it was very delicious. Dave greeted us when we got there, he was a delight to talk to. Overall, this bed and breakfast is a wonderful get away and we will definitely be back. Thank you Dave and Jeanne for the wonderful experience!"

"This was a very cute, quiet and cozy cabin that was the right size for our family of four to have a post-Christmas getaway. The views were beautiful and Rachel was a great host. Definitely would recommend four wheel drive if visiting during winter months."

"The property had everything we needed and more! It was pretty, clean, and not far from all the activities we had planned! There was a ton of room in the house and the outside was so peaceful especially with the fire pit! We would definitely stay there again!!"

"This is second time staying here. The house is always perfectly clean and well decorated. We stayed over Christmas and they had a small Christmas tree set up for us. She has really great details all over the house that makes this place so enjoyable to stay at. Highly recommend. "

"We had a fantastic stay in the cabin. We arrived in a winter storm and the hosts were very helpful in providing updates and seasonal preparations. The kitchen and baths were well stocked with essentials and we especially liked having fans in our bedrooms. The cabin was a cozy retreat after skiing!"

"My group of 8 had a great stay here at the Roosters Den on our ski trip. The house was very clean and welcoming when we arrived. There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out with room for more. We took advantage of the hot tub as well as the pool table. We also utilized the kitchen daily and it was stocked up with any dish and cookware you would need. The view from the porches was awesome too. We were 10-15 minutes from Ellicottville which was a very lovely town. David was a great host...
