"The view from the cottage and deck were beautiful. The cottage has full kitchen and grill on deck. Everything you need to unwind without roughing it. The cottage is near a 4 wheeler trail, so Saturday was pretty loud. I had 3 days of great weather and spent my time reading and sewing. Fall was at its best. I loved Red Travern road for fall colors. I would definitely come back. I just might stay week days when there are less 4 wheelers. "

Our families threw a dart at the map this year for our vacation and we ended up with one of the best trips we’ve had in a long time. Indian and Mountain View Lakes are hidden gems in the Adirondacks and the house is full of history and tradition. Thanks to the owners for sharing this house! "

Whether it was a kitchen gadget, extra life jacket or cornhole game- we truly didn’t have to pack as much as we did. The host John, was proactive and was incredibly responsive.
