"We were exceptionally greeted from staff with welcoming drink for a family of four (and for other guests to see us). The hotel have both colonial and modern touches. We upgraded to family suite for the next day. Again we were kindly taken care of with their superb service. Highly recommend this hotel on what they have to offer. "

"It was a reasonably price hotel with a lot to offer. We rented the 2 bedroom suite, with replenish snacks daily. It included free morning baked good with coffee beverage. I chose to stay at this location 3 times during my travel in and out of PP. Well kept and comfortable. Staff was always working to keep it up to standard. Pool and gym was amazing super clean and gorgeous. The laundry is a bonus for sure. Across the street is a grocery story and location is close by to a lot of restaurants...

"This place was great, very large apartments, fully fitted kitchens including oven, and a dining table for four. The interior was modest and very comfortable. We stayed for 5 nights. It’s close to supermarkets and is only 15 via Tuk Tuk into all the sights. The gym, pool, steam and a hot cold baths were incredible, access to this allowed for us to stay healthy on our travels. The staff were helpful and very friendly. Would highly recommend. "

"We arrived and the reception desk did not have our reservation. The receptionist did not speak English and we had to communicate via our phone translators. I had pre printed the reservation and was able to prove that I had one. The receptionist was on the phone with their manager in order to get instructions on how to check us in. The entire process took over one hour. We were then taken to our room where the A/C did not work so we had to get a new room. This process took another half an...

"Very nice staff. Clean room, which had a great A/C, very important for me. The breakfast was good, maybe some more options of fruits could be great. Comfortable bed and the bathroom had several amenities. No noise, at least from my room but I don't think that there is. Not located on a busy street. Supermarket, restaurants, shopping center, cafés very close. Walk distance to the riverside and Royal Palace. "
