"Great location. Clean room with amenities. Comfy bed. Friendly staff."

"My room was large and had a mini fridge, mini kitchen with pans, pots, silverware, toaster, microwave, hot water kettle. The AC kept the room cool. The balcony had a cushioned couch and views of the harbor. Towels and coffee, creamer, sugar were replaced each day. The staff are friendly and helpful. The WiFi is slow. I hope they can boost their WiFi and increase the download and upload speeds."

"Deceived, booked based on pin for location but address not where pin indicated. no wifi, no help when asked, rubble littered lots all around. Washroom was horrible water park from washer and shower. Shower head did not work.it spewed from sides, cracked glass, can opener didn't work .Driveway to parking scraped bottom of car every time we entered. The intention is to take $ without giving an experience. Terrible"

We both felt safe living in this property and we didnt experience any theft.Transport was not a problem and we liked how the property had air conditioning. It was too humid for us. "Beautiful house, but was not kept very clean. House full of bugs and insects. Couch and beds infested with bedbugs. It was my first time back in 26 yrs with my family. We got bitten so many times,it was a nightmare 😫 . We came back with marks all over our body. We told the host. All she said was sorry. They need to burn all their beds and furniture and clean the house from top to bottom. "
