Lunch with the spa - the spa man who was lovely had to serve it. The restaurant staff refused to do anything. Didn’t clear plates nothing. 4 tables in there and 5 staff stood behind the bar talking ignoring my presence for a few minutes, I left and returned and when I asked...

The rooms are basic and dated. The mattress was so soft it affected the quality of sleep, and the overall condition of the accommodation feels...

"Wifi didn't work at my room at all, nice hotel with very good restaurant but nowadays good WIFI quality is a must, in a business trip very needed. Personally I found the mattress too soft."

The bathroom could do with some TLC though (cracks and patches above the shower/sink, door hinges need tightening as it's dropped and hard to close as a result) and the master bedroom is very light in the mornings due to only having vertical blinds. Regardless of this I would definitely recommend and would return myself....the apartment and gardens are so lovely and well done, with the private garden/hot tub being an extra bonus and beautiful. Only a 15/20min...
